Wonderfully decorated. Amazingly clean. Cozy as can be. There is literally nothing I could complain about. Everything that you could need is provided. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here. Honestly, my wife and I came to explore Charleston, but we enjoyed hanging at the cottage and gardens/patio area probably more.

Stayed at the Price House Cottage three nights. Peaceful and private. The cottage is hidden from the rest of the world. Beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Close to downtown Summerville and a short 30 minute drive to Charleston. We will come back on our next trip south to visit our son and his family in Florida. You cannot go wrong with a stay here.

Betty and I have stayed in some wonderful B&Bs over the years but Price Cottage will now be at the top of our list. Jennifer & David's attention to detail made sure that our experience was one that we will never forget. Starting with the 9 AM amazing breakfast, suggestions of places to see and dine and care to make sure that we had whatever we needed they were the best of hosts. Jennifer & David next time we are traveling in the area we hope to stay with you again. Thanks so much Bob & Betty

This beautiful little cottage surrounded by trees and garden would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. We had a wonderful stay here and could not find a fault with anything that Jennifer and David had to offer. Superb breakfasts brought out to you in your own private garden and every comfort provided. After 3 hot days walking around NYC, this was the best place to unwind and catch up with our friends. A true paradise in our fav. State, South Carolina.

What a perfectly lovely B&B! Nestled at the end of a tree-lined lane, surrounded by lush gardens you find this charming cottage. Exquisitely decorated, warm and cozy, David and Jennifer anticipate all your needs. We spent a wonderful week exploring historic Summerville, visiting with family and taking day trips into nearby Charleston. Yet we were always glad to return to the serenity of the cottage. Looking forward to coming back again.

David and Jennifer Price are the most delightful people and they have created an exceptional charming cottage experience that is not to be missed! The amenities are first class and it is extremely well kept. It is located with in walking distance of the downtown shopping and dining merchants in a very quite neighborhood. The morning breakfast that they brought to us was just delicious!

Don't miss this one it is a real gem...Terry and Chris Savannah, GA

What a gem! The Price House Cottage was every thing it was advertised to be. My husband is VERY picky about where we stay and we both agreed, this was great in every way. The privacy was wonderful and the history of the property was so cool! This was one of the best places in which we've stayed and we've been in many B & B's in the U.S. and the U.K. Loved staying here!!

We arrived at the Price House Cottage last week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were thrilled that the Cottage was everything that it was presented to be. Very charming and both Jennifer and David were great to deal with. There is no detail overlooked and it was most importantly so clean and comfortable to stay there. Breakfast was great and we highly recommend this B & B to everyone. Thanks for a Great Stay Jennifer and David!!!

My wife and I spent two nights at Price House Cottage and couldn't have been more pleased. The cottage was very comfortable and perfectly clean. We didn't get to meet Jennifer but David did a fantastic job of making our trip memorable and his breakfasts were some of the best we've ever had at any B & B. He was very helpful assisting us with recommendations on dining and even helped us locate a church to attend on Palm Sunday.

We stay in B and B's practically anytime we are on vacation and this one ranks at the top of our list. If you need a place to stay in Summerville this is it. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
