Subtropical maritime forested island near Charleston. A bit slower than Kiawah, but with the same firm sand beaches we like. Many types of villas or large houses for rent. 2 great courses or head over to Kiawah with its' 5 resort courses. If you are...More
It's not a hotel - it's an exclusive island with rental properties and about 1,200 full time residents. A gorgeous nature preserve - residents and rental visitors care about the deer, sea turtles, raccoons, sea and plant life and do not litter or disturb nature....More
Friendly, accessible to Charleston, nice village shops & great grocery store! Worth the drive off beaten path. Gated but great amenities & well kept. Tennis faculty is nice har-tru. Even in bad weather there's tons of activities. Condo rental is fantastic and easy

Seabrook is such a lovely island. If I was going for my honeymoon I would look into Pelican Watch Villas or The Atrium locations. There is no hotel on this island, but the sister island, Kiawah, has a gorgeous hotel. Depending on the season, rates will vary anywhere from $100-200 per night for a one bedroom unit.

Check vrbo or Pam Harrington reality for long term rental rates. Tennis club or high hammock will be the cheapest and Pelican Watch is beachfront and will be more expensive. All places will have outdoor parking space.
