We have been coming to the Seabrook and Kiawah Island beaches for family vacations for 20 years. This past year we used Seabrook exclusives to rent a beach home for a week. The service, property and amenities are outstanding. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation!

The resort is quite peaceful. There are deer and there is wildlife everywhere. Jogging in the morning is quite safe and it looked like people enjoyed riding their bicycles. The resort, however, has a fee for just about everything. The gym is $15 a day and for two people to play tennis would've cost us $30. The courts were empty.

What a beautiful Island and resort. As you arrive from Charleston, Kiawah Island is one exit off the traffic circle, Seabrook, and Freshfields Village are two others. We stayed in Seabrook. Seabrook Island is basically a resort with small communities of houses and villas. You have many different options for price and locations - from in the woods to, waterside,...

Just got back! We rented a two bedroom condo on the golf course through airbnb (Spinnaker). We had no issues with it. As one reviewer mentioned (depending on where you stay) it seemed like a long drive (at 25 mph) from our condo to the entrance of the island. We did this at least three times a day. It got...

I would imagine you could rent any house on this island and have the best vacation. Ride bikes everywhere. Meet the resident alligators and deer. Find sand dollars at the beach and watch sea turtle releases. Saw dolphins several times close to shore. Just the most relaxing vacation ever. Make sure your rental has a screened in porch!

If you are lucky enough to be staying at Seabrook Island, you should try eating here. Lovely view of the golf course, great service, and pretty darn good burger and cuban sandwich when we were there. You'll have to be a resort guest, or go with a member

Seabrook Isalnd is a beautiful and peaceful Island just South of Charleston (next to Kiawah Island) . There is swimming, beach enjoyment, golf, equestrian fun, and great food...BUT there is NO hotel or resort. One must arrange a private rental of a house or villa to enjoy this private/gated community. The location is great!! Charleston is 20 minutes away; great...

I've been coming here for years...daily priorities include, bike ride, beach walk, grocery store, pool and golf. If it's summer then you must hit happy hour at the pelican nest. There is no hotel on the island so rental through a company or vrbo is required. Prices vary but just know the lower prices will be more simple units. The...
