Just stopped by this past weekend! Toured the place and a ocean front room, I think this place is awesome. It's directly Ocean Front, there is a medium sized dune in front but if ur on the 2nd floor u got a ocean front awesome view. Pool is cool the motel wraps around it so it's kinda like Melrose Place...

Extremely well-kept motel right on the ocean. I only want a motel room to sleep in, and look for a clean, economical place. The Trica Lynn met both objectives. It is an older motel, and nothing fancy, but everything works, and Janet and Tim were so very friendly, treating you like you were staying in five star accomodations. I could...

This is my new favorite hotel/motel. I love the vintage charm (yes, it's an 'older' hotel), and the fact that it is so much quieter and much more pleasant than any of those skyscraper sardine can hotels up and down the coast. I love the upstairs 'beach view' rooms - there are only 3. The one we've stayed in twice...

I honestly do not like to leave bad reviews....but here I go....I am a hardworking mother of two, I am not high class or too good to stay in an older, smaller motel. The reviews were mixed about this place & I had a friend recommend it to my family. I was leery of staying here because of the reviews...

I have stayed at the Hilton Myrtle Beach and honestly I prefer the low key quiet beach access of Tricia Lyn Motel over the crowds and bustle of the Hilton. Tricia Lyn Motel is in Windy Hill, a quiet residential sub division of North Myrtle Beach. It sits right on the beach, next to what looks like a brand new...

My family has been venturing to north myrtle for decades and we've stayed at the Tricia lyn for nearly 20 years. The rooms are perfect for families of varying sizes. Rooms came with 2 beds, full bathrooms, full kitchens, and often a pull out couch. Daily room service and kind staff makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The location can't be...

We stayed here for a weekend and had to switch rooms twice. The first room was old and smelled like mildew. It also had tons of hair in both beds. The next room our toilet was broken and the shower head didn't work properly, not to mention the room again smelled like mold. Also the bathroom window is broken and...

When choosing a motel the best thing going for this type of an establishment is 'quaint' because of well the motel has been loved after and maintained by its management and or owners. When it comes to staying at the Tricia Lynn Motel establishment I find it difficult on any level to describe anything nice or good about this tired...

We have stayed here the past two years in Feb. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is just beautiful. Yes it is an older and quaint building but this is part of its appeal to me.They do not provide shampoos or coffee. But the price is very reasonable.
