We've been staying at Seaside Resort for a few years now. Always pleasant, everyone is friendly, curteous and professionals. The resort have always making improvements to better the guests experiences, from ease of booking to their continental breakfast. No complains so far. We look forward to stay at the Seaside Resors for years to come.

North Myrtle Beach was fantastic; great location. We had a one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. The room we had definitely needs to be updated, but the resort is clean and charming. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast every day ($4.50/pp); Sue had all items well stocked and was very friendly. Angela (front desk lobby) was very helpful and greets you with a big smile......service at Seaside was unbelievable!!

Beds were comfortable and room was nice. Had a jetted tub but it did not work for 2 days. The indoor pool is only 3.5 ft deep so not satisfactory for adults. Few floats for lazy river and you had to move myself.

Place good location, but room was terrible, old furniture, carpet torn and I would not recommend it to anyone. I only stayed there because Avista resort was full and this was supposed to be a sister resort but it was a downgrade not up to standards

Seaside Resorts are amazing !!! Staff was so kind and knowledgeable about area. Parking onsite was so helpful. Renting movies in lobby was a nice treat and a surprise. We didn’t get to try the pool, but will next time.

Very relaxing 9-10 days. The building was kept very clean and all staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Excellent restaurants are very close.

When we first walked into our unit, we were taken back as we stepped back in time with it being dated....telephone and all! Also, the housekeeping wasn't really up to par. However, I have to say, the staff (both the front desk and housekeeping) were very nice.......ESPECIALLY, Angela! Her customer service was on point PRE, DURING and POST visit as she was very helpful weeks before our visit with my many inquiry phone calls and her follow-up.......during our visit with our concerns, requests and general questions......and finally, post our visit, just making sure we were good! With the above being said, I've been in the customer service business for over 30 years, so I know great customer service....trust....and hers totally made us forget about our first entrance into the unit....entirely, so I bumped up the overall rating because of her as it would have been a lower!…
