Perfect location. Staff was amazing! We had a great trip.
Pros: staff, location to amenities, location to beach, pool, tiki bar, unit size
Cons: lots of outlets didn’t work, in and out WiFi, almost zero kitchen storage, indoor pool closed since 2019

. This was our second stay there two years in row. While the resort does not get great reviews I have to say we love it and will go back again.
The location can not be beat. Right on the beach and close to everything you need. The pools and deck area are beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We had a one bedroom both times, one was bigger than the other but both good for our standards. The balcony is small but it’s ok. Our room both times were very clean. I usually go in and wipe things down but did not feel like I needed to. The kitchen is not stocked very well but that did not bother us. We had a large jacuzzi tub but did not use that. Our room was newly painted and the furniture in good shape. Better than our room last year. We had a king size bed that was awesome. The service and anyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. There seems to be a lot of painting and sprucing up around the whole place.
The laundry area is nice and a pretty good size. The excercise room will get the job done if you need it. I have to add, we stay at many hotels throughout the year and there are many other places we could go but we will continue to visit here.

We enjoyed staying at the Ocean Club Resort. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. However, we were looking forward to using the indoor pool and it was closed on October 27th until further notice. That was VERY disappointing to us as the outdoor pools were unheated and therefore not usable. The 3 outdoor hot tubs were heated, however, 2 of them did not have their jets working.

My family and I have stayed many times at this resort. It is outdated and worn looking, which we expected. This time because of AC issues, the AC thermostat was locked at 70 degrees, which left the window-facing rooms hot and uncomfortable. Even after complaining, maintenance did work on the AC duct and filter, which really didn't change the temperature. Thankfully the outside temperature was in the 70's.
The stove had a short which shocked us and had to be replaced.
The front desk was not focused on customer service.
I don't recommend this place anymore and will be finding somewhere else to stay the next time.

Filthy room. Had to clean myself upon checking in. Old dirty washcloth behind the door. Sand and dirt on the floor. Outdated, damaged cabinets. Small bedroom- not enough room to even have a suitcase in the bedroom. No kitchen space. Had to prep food on the table. Silverware kept in the living space under the TV. Rude and uninviting customer service. The worst RCI resort that I have ever stayed.

My wife and 2 daughters when on vacation as a "girls trip" just before my oldest has our 1st grandchild. I couldn't have been more embarrassed as the father that put my family through these accommodations. Though they did gut it out and stayed through 1/2 the trip they could not wait to leave the place. The words I heard were gross, disgusting, filthy and that was coming from my wife. My daughters were horrified almost felt their health being violated. There were dirt marks on the walls and every piece of furniture was outdated and very worn out. The only good thing was that the staff was nice and they were still able to have a nice time together despite the accommodations which was my fatherly responsibility. I still feel horrible for selecting this place for their "girls trip". AVOID Peppertree Ocean Club AT ALL COSTS.

The rooms smell like smoke, the beds are horrible, the water leak at the bathroom was bad, and the shower walls were damaged and screwed together. The resort does not care about maintenance and the management is unresponsive to guest concerns.
on the positive the first floor rooms here and see everything at the pool with no view of the ocean.

Booked our room through RTX as Festiva said they had no more rooms here for New Years. RTX only had Studio, When I got here I asked about an upgrade to get a Balcony. Was charged 70 dollars to upgrade to a 1 bedroom with a Balcony! Guess what. It was the same room we booked New Years 2019 with our Festiva points.

The furnishings in our unit we old and very dirty. I ended up putting towels on the chairs to sit. With COVID I was shocked how dirty they were.I suggest you bring Clorox wild and wipe down counters, remoteS and sink areas before you begin unpacking. They have two
Pools which are not heated and very cold. Indoor pool and exercise room closed due to COVID restrictions. They have 5 hot tubs but 3 were closed the entire week. And the other two have signs on them one person or couple at a time (COVID restrictions).

Positive: nice to be close to the ocean. Many things to do within walking.

We will not be back . Management needs to upgrade .

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your unit was not cleaned properly. Your correct 3 out of the 5 hot tubs are closed waiting on motors ordered in late February. Again, I apologize your unit was not up to par. Please contact me to discuss your stay.

By far the worst hotel stay I’ve been! The room layout was poorly designed with the tv in the corner facing the wall. The thermostat didn’t work and there were no utensils in the kitchen. We weren’t made aware of all the amenities offered and above all, the building was under construction! There were noises from workers and/or guests all hours of the night and no one working the front desk as in it was closed and locked.

Thank you for your feedback. We currently don't have any construction going on. We have a lot of new furniture that is being installed in the units. The front desk is staffed until 8pm and after that security handles the check in process and any calls. I apologize that you weren't aware of the amenities. Again, thank you for your feedback and apologize about your stay.
