Because it was Christmas there was no airport shuttle. Flight got in late and I was not happy. Hotel was not full so I was upgraded to club floor. Room was large. Bed and bedding was comfy. Restaurant was expensive. Tried to contact management after the trip and received no response. Just don't leave anything in your room unlocked. Called 3 times and left messages. One staff person said he would call me back himself. One week later still no return call.

The a.c. was not working in our room. We told them on Friday after check in. FINALLY they changed the unit out on Saturday late afternoon. The entire hotel was dated and felt run down.
