#1 of 3 B&Bs / Inns in North Augusta
Travelers' Choice
Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast is housed in a historic, turn-of-the-century mansion that overlooks the beautiful town of North Augusta. Originally completed in 1902, the home combines a classic antebellum-era style exterior with an interior inspired by the Gilded Age. We’re just north of the Savannah River, which puts guests near local mountain biking routes, downtown North Augusta, and Augusta, GA. Meander along the Greeneway Trail on foot or bicycle and enjoy miles of scenic outdoor exercise. You’ll experience exquisite service and a relaxing stay that includes a hot-served gourmet breakfast, a snack station, and a large veranda and gardens -- everything you need for a night of sophisticated luxury. Our warm, traditional atmosphere also provides the perfect setting for meetings, luncheons, and even weddings.

We stayed overnight and loved every minute from the beginning tour of the beautiful historic inn to the clawfoot tub and chocolates on the pillows of the turned-down bed. It was my birthday and birthday greetings popped up to greet us at the entrance as well as in our room and on the breakfast table. Our hosts Kelly and Diana were gracious and kind and thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. They have done a wonderful job restoring and preserving this treasure of history for our generation to stay connected to Augusta's past.

My wife and I stayed one night in the Alexander suite. The room was beautifully decorated with furnishings that kept with the original time period of the home. We felt like we stepped over 100 years back in time, but still with the luxuries of today. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I wish that I had planned a longer visit! We will be back for sure.

This was our second visit to The Rosemary Inn and we were delighted as much as we were last time. Kelly & Diana are the most gracious and accommodating hosts! Breakfast was wonderful both days and the Alexander Room was simply decadent. The attention to detail from the reservation to the final departure was impeccable. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!

It was wonderful seeing the two of you again and meeting more of your family this time. Thank you Rachel! We are so happy that you enjoyed this return visit, and your kind review is greatly appreciated. Glad you all spent some quality time outside on our spacious veranda in the evenings - even the night it rained. The veranda is, after all, Diana's favorite "room" at Rosemary. Thank you again, and blessings to you and your family.

When your hopeful expectations are totally exceeded with the real experience you know you picked the right place. Over the phone, on line and in person Kelly and Diana Combs made sure our stay would be exceptional. Upon stepping up the stairs of the wrap-around veranda we know this was going to be a stay to remember. Every detail was attended to and the food coming from that kitchen is to die for. This lovingly restored 1902 Southern Gem is to be savored and returned to as we know we will. The hospitality and excellent skills of the innkeepers ranks among the best we have enjoyed over many stays in over a dozen countries. Thank you Kelly and Diana !!!
