We are in unit 806. It seems it is not clean or just that outdated The price, I expected much better than this. We were booked in another unit and 4 hours before our arrival check in I get this text to contact them immediately. They can’t put us in the unit I reserved and not only that they can’t accommodate our entire stay at the same property. That on the last night we will have to move to another property for 1 night. That’s right pack up and move for one night. Our vacations are FEW and we were really looking forward to this only to be let down. We will never stay here again at this property. The ceiling looks as if it is going to bust I one part. I can’t believe I booked this for me and my husband

Pros: 1. Friendly and helpful staff. 2. Very pet friendly. 3. Close to ocean and nice ocean front views. 4. Many amenities such as indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub. 5. Two beach assess points. 6. Didn’t see bugs like other reviews listed. 7. Great ice machine. 8. I mean….can you beat the price for ocean front? Cons: 1. Our room was musty/mildew smelling that overwhelmed you in the kitchen area. 2. Room needs detailed. Corners gross, walls in bad shape. 3. No pool towels so everyone drips all over the floor and elevators creating hazardous conditions. 4. Pet area is a fake grass pad in the garage. You can walk them down the block. 5. No ramp access to beach. You have to walk down the block to the park beside the hotel where there is a ramp if you have wagons. 6. Most days there was a strong smell of weed at the pools. 7. People playing music super loud from their balcony. 8. Two elevators which caused long waits at times. 9. Be prepared for a constant flyover of helicopters all day. All in all if you understand it’s not the greatest accommodations before you come, you won’t be disappointed. If you are expecting a resort, no. Maybe in its prime, but it’s run down and basic at best now. Think cabin life at the beach.

This place is EXTREMELY outdated. Supposed to have a full kitchen but no pots or pans to cook dinner with. Wouldn't cook anything there anyway. Rooms are not as bad as the resort itself but still not very clean. Probably a great place to go 30 years ago. Definitely would not stay here again. It does sit on a great location as it is right on the beach. It sits on the southern end of Myrtle beach which is the older part of town. Myrtle beach as a whole is very old and run down. North Myrtle beach is nice and Murrells inlet is very nice. Great food and bars

This room had a great view and so roomy and clean. And pet friendly you couldn’t get better. We enjoyed our stay here. The parking lots are big especially if you have a big truck you can park across the street they also have one under ground where the first floor is. It wasn’t crowded that bad either. People was very nice and kind to us. They elevators are extremely slow tho but that’s anywhere.

Not a good place to stay. Stayed in room 1116 when entering the room had a bad odor. To me it smelled like old cooking grease, my husband said it smelled like something else. We picked this place because of the 4 bubble rating on trip advisor and the proximety to the sports plex my daughter was playing at. We had not been in the room longer than 1 hour and my husband noticed a roach crawling across the floor. Picture of the dead roach included. Check in staff not friendly. Her replacement not any better. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors. Furniture is dated and mattress was hard and cheap.
