So …. If you book a deluxe expect full size beds. They say queen but I call BS. Pictures on their website are not accurate. Laundry facilities are closed and you must walk next door to other hotel . I called and asked three times and was told that laundry was available onsite. Room was dirty and no toilet paper was in room. We paid over $2000 for a week of nasty. Marijuana smells all over. Pool was nasty and did not smell of chlorine. The onsite service is bad. I did not want to stay here but my son had a team event and he wanted to be with team. I wish I had listened to my gut and stayed at Embassy Suites where I know I will get good service. Oh and by the way COVID is over but house keeping is not changing sheets or coming to your room. So you pay $2000 for nothing special!

Spent 4 days/nights here. Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious ocean front room. Balcony was private and amazing to listen to and look at the ocean. Steps from the beach. Quiet. Next to Sand Dunes Resort and was able to use water park, laundry etc there too. Overall fantastic experience. Restaurant/bar onsite had friendly staff and delicious food and drinks.

I have been coming here for over 5 years. The manager Dillon is amazing! Super polite staff and the security team is great at handling situations fast. (Arrived to happy drunk vacationing people hooting and hollering resolved by the time I was checked in) the spot is super kid friendly.

I stayed at the north shore oceanfront hotel, formerly the ocean dunes hotel for the Memorial Day weekend. I was happy with the check in process and my room was clean as I expected. The really big problem they have at this hotel is the overwhelming use of marijuana by a handful of the guest. I was unable to use my balcony at times and could not leave my door open to enjoy the sounds of the ocean due to the smell filling our room. I went down to bring this to the attention of the front desk and it seemed that they were very aware of the odor as they had the doors to the lobby propped open as the elevators reeked of it too They sent security up and he told me he could definitely smell it but couldn’t pinpoint which room it was coming from. They definitely need to get a grasp on this problem as they have a very nice hotel with a perfect location for families looking for a good vacation spot. I had a good time at this hotel except for the smell of the marijuana from a group of bad guests.

Front desk was fast but blah. He seem done for the day. Our room was clean because I went in and wiped all surfaces because you know.. Covid. I didn't see anything on my wipe. They provided towels, said if we need new ones to bring old ones to the front desk. We like bring our own towels. No house keeping during the stay. I never cared for it anyway. We was ocean front close to the beach. Checked out the arcade, seem cool. Golf was cool. Only cons which is the normal for myrtle hotels.. rough bed sheets, covers lacking in comfort. So we always bring our own blankets too. I read a review and knew the shower drain doesn't drain well. I forgot all about it when I put my poopy butt 2 year old in the shower and remnants of poop stayed floating! Smh LOL. Elevator sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Plenty of parking. Quiet when we went. I would stay again.
