Booked this hotel after seeing the reviews on here. Hotel nothing fancy and not on the ocean but super clean and had everything you need for very affordable rate! We were on the 3rd floor and could see the ocean from the balcony (not a private one, but chairs to sit outside). Probably about 2 blocks down. Could also see...

Wanted to give the place a chance after reading some of the reviews on here. Never again. Staff was friendly and it's located in a very convenient part of the beach but that was about it. Rooms were not clean shower pressure was very low and in an area with all panhandlers were always on the property. So learned my...

First time I've heard anything about shower pressure! If the room wasn't clean please let the front desk know! We do not allow panhandlers on the property!!! They are in the downtown area, but there isn't much we can do about that. Always bring concerns to management before you let small things ruin your stay, we are here to make...

We chose to stay here because of the affordable price. All we wanted was a clean room to sleep. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and even made sure it was ok that our room was on the 4th floor. The room was clean with a few issues they were aware of needed fixing, nothing too big. The...

We stayed at the Midtown Inn for 3 nights in late March. It's a nice budget hotel 2 blocks from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach with chairs and beach supplies. The Room: The rooms facing the ocean have recently been remodeled with new laminate floors. They have small kitchenettes and are basic and clean. Double...

I booked this hotel without by looking at reviews. Upon arrival I realized that I have passed by this place many times without giving it second thoughts because it was older. What a surprise upon entering my room. First impression was the room smelled wonderful, clean and refreshing. The floors were a nice update wood look. The restroom were super...

We booked the Midtown last minute for a fishing trip with the kids. The motel is older however the rooms (we had 2) were clean and the beds are comfortable. It is a walk up building and they are currently remodeling due to Hurricane Matthew. The staff is very friendly and can provide helpful suggestions for places to visit. They...

Midtown is a chill older motel that has been picked up by new owners and renovated quite nicely on the inside. Everything is clean the beds are fresh and the distance of just about every possible entertainment is only a small walk away. I was weary at first but Midtown really surprised me and I'll definitely keep it in my...

The rooms are very small and the steps not fun. Pretty good location was clean but needs updating...I recommend it if your not picky where you stay. I prefer the Resorts on the beach. The beds were very comfortable... I think the new owners are doing a good job fixing the place up.

Nice, convenient location, close to many downtown restaurants and attractions. Clean and decent for the age and price. Great kitchenette for cooking/eating in. Non private balconies with distant beach view. Would come again.

Great little Family run motel. Only two blocks off the ocean with a wonderful view of the ocean since it is right beside where the old pavillion and Magic Attic used to be. All that is gone now so a view straight through to the ocean for a lengthy expanse of sand and sea. Feels like you are beachfront even...
