We love Dunes Village. Our 5 y/o always has a wonderful time in the water parks. Always clean and very prompt with your needs when you call the desk. The restaurants on site are a plus and make it quick so you're able to get out and do what you want. Tiki bar is definitely a plus!

What a wonderful experience we had while vacationing at Dunes Village Resort! There were an abundance of activities to keep everyone happy from ages 4 thru 70. Due to the wide range of restaurants and location, it is not necessary to rent a car—-which is a plus.

OVERALL IT WAS AN okay EXPERIENCE BUTTTTT….I stayed over the weekend Friday-Sunday. Room 632. Walked in and the couch had stains all over it. Kept smelling something I thought it may be something outside maybe creeping in but it was dishwasher. The dishwasher didn’t work and had old food and some kind of mush in it. Told the front desk but nothing ever happened about it. And the shower had hair all in the tub. The garbage disposal smelled awful as well. Pool kept running out of towels so we were freezing walking up the room or walking across to the other tower. For the price you pay per night you would think they would update the place.

Our family stayed while playing in a tournament at the convention center and I was not impressed. The room was very dated and appeared as it has not had any updates as far as maintenance and cleaning in quite some time. The toilet had brown residue all the way around, there was mold in the bathroom, the washing machine sounded as though their was a machine gun going off the entire cycle and the ceiling fan was barley hanging on. The bathroom floor felt disgusting as well so therefore we kept towels all over the floor to step on. As a owner of a vacation rental- this is beyond not acceptable! If you are going to rent your unit you also should be maintaining it as well! Do yourself a favor and skip out on this one!
