Very disappointing, not up to Hilton Standards. Room not fully clean, crumbs on floor, sticky table and glass marks on table, so I know it wasn't even wiped. checked out early and moved to different property.

I’m sure there are better hotels out there for 5x the money we paid but I don’t have any complaints. Is conveniently located within 10 minutes from the boardwalk and broadway. Was on the beach in several minutes whenever we wanted. Not sure if it’s included with all reservations but we received free tickets to one of the go carts places, the mini golf right across the street, and a nearby water park. Also getting free dvd rentals was a nice perk after our days at the beach. No restaurant on site but can do room service from the restaurant right across the street which was very good. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Actually stayed at Sun and Sand one night before here because of booking issues. Night and day difference. Better area, better staff, better everything! A simple example, got an early check in at both. Guess which hotel charged an extra charge and which didn’t. Would 100% love to stay here again!!!

Everything was fine at the Resort until I went to get a massage at the Spa. I returned and was unable to get into my room with my key card. I went to the front desk, the Manager Cesar, was no help. He asked for my ID, which I didnt have because all my personal items were locked in my room. I had to call the Myrtle Beach Police to gain access into my room. The staff at the Anderson are awful and brutally ignorant. I still can't believe this actually happened and noone seems to care.

A bit tight upon arrival trying to pull in to hotel to unload. I assume we just hit at the same exact time as everyone else. Parking is in a garage, a block away- but not very inconvenient and it’s free! We had an awesome 2BR on the corner. The balconies were great. (Plenty of tables and chairs). The unit was well stocked with TP, Kleenex and bars of soap. We did run out of dishwasher detergent- but a call to housekeeping and it was there. The dishwasher is not full size, but we still had plenty of room. The pool bar was still open in late October which was a pleasant surprise. Also nice to have FREE mini golf across the street. I believe it was open 4 days a week. It’s Awesome that the elevators are on both sides of the building and you never need to enter the Lobby unless you choose to. Great location, can walk to numerous restaurants, shops or the pier. We found a great German restaurant - Cafe Old Vienna and it was Oktoberfest ! Delicious. We had brought our bikes, so spent one day at Huntington Beach State Park, and rode some trails, as well as walked the beach. We’ll be back !
