Room was dirty. Shower had not been clean. There was hair hanging from the shower handle. Sand in the track of the shower door. Made it hard to open and close. Microwave was rusted on the inside so bad they had to go buy a new one and bring it to our room. There was mold in the kitchen faucet. Coffee pot was molded. Not clean. We asked house keeping to clean the room again. They called and said they would come around 4-5 that afternoon bit all they did was leave a broken coffee pot outside our door. They never even went inside to clean.

Manager was very nice and friendly, The staff so so, depending on who you taked to. This was NOT what we were expecting based on the RCI description. When we first checked into our room, we found hair on the pillows and bed linens, used band aid in the shower, dirty floors, musty smell covered up by air fresheners, noisey refridgerator, we were without hot water mid-week for 24 hours. When I spoke to the frojm desk, they said there is NOTHING they can do becaiuse we were in a TIMESHARE UNIT and handed me a number to call the property management company and maintaintnece. When I called, they siad they were unable to come out until the next day. So we have COLD SHOWERS the next morning. Also, I was shocked at the dangling, loose wires in 2nd bedroom. Very poorly maintainted (unit #1505). Common areas were just as bad, all in need of a major upgrades. Ceiling above 1st floor elevator entry area always wet and dripping from leaking ceiling (Condensation from AC). Pool areas unimpressive. However, the out door grills were IMMACULATE (Very Clean A+) Great access to brach, nice view from room; but, my family could not wait to get out. We actually left 3 days early. Nothing attractive about this place. D- at Best

This was our first family vacation (yeah covid). This place suited our needs and the size is what made it good. As with some beach fronts, it needed some updates. Most of the light switches need to be changed out and some of the fixers were working. I would still recommend the place.

Spent a wonderful week in unit 505 in May, 2021 at the Regency Towers! The unit was very spacious with both the master bedroom and living rooms being 15’ wide, not 12’ wide like most condos in Myrtle Beach. The furnishings were all in great condition and it appears both bathrooms were recently updated. The 15’ x 9’ oceanfront balcony is larger than most on the beach. The oceanfront view from the total glass wall in the master bedroom was incredible! Can’t wait to spend even more time at this resort and in this unit!

We have stayed here 3 times but this time was the worst. We stayed in number 1207 and it was very dirty and falling apart. Half of the plug-in in the place didn't work the refrigerator wasn't getting cold the wall paper is coming down holes in the walls the balcony had pigeon feces on it the dishes had food stuck to them the whole condo is a dump! We ask for a different one an the lady at the desk said there wasn't another available. So we dealt with it for I wouldn't rent at this place if it was the only one on myrtle beach it has really gone down hill. Everyone use to be nice here as well but not anymore. We were grilling steaks and the propane ran out I went and told the front desk and after 10 minutes of waiting they told me sorry there isn't anymore ok so I paid 2000$ for a crappie place to sleep and in your amenities it says that you have grills well you should put when we have propane you can use the grills. This is just some of the things we experienced here I could literally write a book on everything that we experienced just in 8 days of being here. Oh also don't bring but 1 vehicle because you will be charged 70$ each for any extra vehicles. For the money we spent here and all the years we've stayed here you would think they would at least let us move to a clean nicer room but remember they are booked which was a lie because we watched the parking spots that are assigned the whole time we were there there were several empty. Moral of this is DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!
