The room and king bed was comfortable with a nice beach view across the street... The room was redecorated within the last few years... Parking space was ample and close to rooms...

Really wanted to LOVE this hotel. However, received an email cancelling my reservation 7 days prior to my arrival date... She said our reservation was kicked back by the computer as the rate we were quoted was very low!... I booked the hotel on their website, paid their requested deposit and now their computer system was “kicking back” the reservation???... A few days later when we checked in and went to our room we were super disappointed to have probably one of the worst ocean front rooms at the hotel… Room 318… which has the view of the roof of the lobby!... So, for sure if you are reserving an oceanfront room try to get a higher floor or at least not our room...

...The only downside was that our room door didn’t lock which we didn’t realize until later. So while we were in the room we just used the extra lock...

...Bath room had ample room and huge shower stall with a low profile... Plenty of amenities for a long stay, The staff was friendly and helpful...

...The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was clean, even the balcony looked like it had been recently scrubbed. There were some issues with power in our room when we first arrived, but the manager stayed past closing time to help resolve the issue promptly... The view from our 6th floor room was lovely, even though the weather for the weekend was crummy...

We have been coming to Myrtle for many years and this was by far the best hotel experience ever!... She did everything from run the front desk, to making food for the grill... The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right!... Upon check-in we were greeted by Alex one of the hotel employees... Alex was amazingly helpful, charismatic, and down to earth...
