Loud obnoxious filthy guests. If you like listening to racket till early morning hours and smelling pot, this is the place to be. If you don't know what trash cans are used for and prefer to just throw your trash anywhere on the grounds, hallways, elevators or anywhere you want, this is the place for you. If you are a family or decent human, avoid this place like it's a plague...cause we will probably all come home with COVID 19 since 90% of guests ignore the wear face masks sign. And don't bother calling the office for security or the police when the pot smell hits you in the face when the elevator doors open at your floor and the smell permeates your unit when you open the balcony door because they just don't care. Awful place. Wouldn't stay here again if they gave me a free stay!!

My girlfriend's and I we're so excited about our little girlfriend's weekend trip. However we accidentally booked this hotel (we thought we were in north myrtle beach) we ended up checking out the next day. Where to begin. The rooms are small thank God it was only 3 of us. The rooms need a lot of updating for sure. Once the weather cleared up my friends and I went to the pool to relax. We were told to make sure we wore our pool bracelets. But I don't see why. No one was there checking. While we were at the pool, there was super loud music coming from a lot of the rooms. Teenagers were throwing food that's right food at guests at the pool. When we said something it of course got worse so we left. And of course no one to complain to because no one was around at the hotel. Loudness. Well I understand that mrytle beach has been becoming a not so nice place to visit and I see why. Loud ass trucks cruising the street with windows down thumping God awful music and revving engines. In our parkinglot at 2 am kid we're trying to see who's engine to rev louder. The beat part of the night we're all the fireworks these young idiots were lighting off from their balconies. Throw up outside our door the next morning and in the elevator. Couldn't find anyone to clean it up. I would highly recommend staying away from this hotel if you are above 25/30 year of age. You won't relax at all.

Horrible place. It was constant college kids screaming off the balconies. Every time we walked on the balcony all you could smell is weed. It was every where. Forget getting any sleep.. the doors slam all night long. I would definitely not recommend this for a family.. if you want to party and act stupid then this is the place for you.. not one time did we see anyone that worked there. The building is old and dirty. Booked our room through Airbnb and we will never go back here.

We booked one of the upgraded rooms in the main tower and it was very nice. Excellent view and terrific amenities here, even though we were here during the cold weather and didn't take advantage of all the water features. I would like to return when the weather is nice so we can use the lazy river which looks lovely. The ocean front lawn area is great, we spent a lot of time here. Our room was very nice with new flooring and without any carpet which was nice. I guess it depends on whether you are in the main tower and are in an upgraded unit. Ours was also nonsmoking which was nice, and fortunately since we were here offseason we didn't have to deal with second hand smoke. Until Myrtle Beach changes its laws, don't expect anything to change here regarding smoking. Sure wish they would ban smoking but I guess there is just too much money to be made off of the smokers.
