We had someone at midnight knocking on our door wanting drugs. Then at 1:30 the room next to ours we had to call the police due to domestic violence. We left then. Didn't stay the second night. No refund.
The saying normally is you get what you said for but with this room they owe you money. The worst part was the room felt damp all night. I have pics of holes in sheets, mold on shower curtain etc. For the price I paid, they could have picked up fresh stuff from Walmart. The only thing I did like about this place was the beautiful receptionist
Horrible!! If you like Bugs and Needles, Stay Here!! Dirty, buggy! Never have Anyone stay there. Only good thing is Beach across the street! Are you kidding me, 200 hundred words to explain Very Bad!! Scary
When we first checked in the guy who worked at the front desk flirted with me and I kept saying I have a fiancée and the room was not clean the tv didn’t really work the channels went in and out , drugs and prostitution , people knocking on our door constantly wanting to know if we knew anyone with drugs constantly harassed by the prostitute down from us in a different room , kept bugging us for food or cigarettes or trying to use our room to charge her phone which don’t make sense , constant fights and yelling and the cops stay at the place all the time it’s ridiculous and there are bed bugs there me and my fiancée got bit my eye and wrist and same with my fiancée just the wrist , the outside is not clean at all and the stairs smelled like piss and the lady at and gentleman who work front desk are rude and they allowed us to be physically assaulted by another tenant there and did nothing about it and they throw people out for nothing , the bathroom faucet leaked bad it was awful we told them about it they refused to fix it and the tv and they charge for toilet paper which is stupid and they allow people to whoot and holler and fight to much we never got proper sleep…
I gave 1 star only because I had to. This place is disgusting. We made reservations for a 1 night stay here but decided to leave out a night early. We thought we would check with the them to see if they could accommodate us for the the early arrival, which they said they could. We paid for the night and went to room 202. As soon as we opened the door, roaches went everywhere. They were crawling across the bed, up the walls and across the floor. We didn’t even sit out stuff down just immediately turned around to go back to the office at which time we notice a syringe containing what my husband recognized to be heroin.(He’s a police Corporal and sees this stuff regularly) We asked the clerk for a refund and were told he wasn’t authorized to do that and gave us a number to call the owner the next day. My husband contacted the owner and he was told he didn’t give refunds that he would need to check his surveillance to see if what we said was true. I have disputed the reservation charge, but will be out the extra night charge since I paid cash for that. We weren’t the only couples trying to get a refund, two other couple were down there as well and were told the same thing. We went across the street to The Viking, which I was apprehensive about, but the lady working the front desk let us check the room before we paid she even gave us a discount because my husband is a police officer. The Virginian is an infested roach motel!…
