Awesome location! Love the convenience, definitely recommend. I only go off season. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Walkable to River City we ate there every evening. Strong Waters bar is across the street another great place to go
Resort was great and the location was perfect. The amenities were exceptional and our kids loved the pools, lazy river, slides, and hot tubs. The restaurants, Starbucks, and Ben & Jerry's were right across the street along with several shops. We will definitely be back in the near future.
I didn’t get the room I booked and they charged my card twice the stay was okay could have been better the staff was friendly but didn’t to much know what was going on other then that the hotel was nice
Enjoyed our stay at The Palms/Breakers. The rooms are VERY spacious! Stacy with the banquet hall was OUTSTANDING and so sweet. The bellhop was helpful and check in was organized and quick considering we had 13 rooms! Isabella and Katie were also great to work with to get our retreat organized.
I had a great stay for my Winter Sabbatical. The pools were well maintained. The fitness room was adequately equipped. The jetted tub in the master bathroom was amazing!! The jets were fantastic on the tub. I used the tub everyday after my workouts with my epsom salts. The location of the Breakers is great for easy access to stores and restaurants down 21st Street and Seaboard Street.
Bernard and Kaitlyn were excellent. I would definitely be going back when I visit Myrtle Beach. The food is great! Derick, Gary and Anders, awesome chefs! You must try it for yourself. When you visit Myrtle Beach, make sure this is one of your food choices. You will not be disappointed.
We visited the dunes building. I wasn’t impressed with this building Compared to the others. Definitely needs to be updated. The pool are was nice even though there was construction around it. Staff was very friendly.
Wrote review on previous request. Please check my earlier review. I would not recommend staying in Dunes facility for future visits to Myrtle Beach. Dunes facility was dirty with carpet debris, poor heating system along with door entering showing cracks in the framing of door. Doors have been damaged by forced entry. I saw at least two hallways full of towels & sheets stacked for 3 days. I was on 4th floor & elevator at times did not work.
Fantastic red fish cooked to perfection with buttered asparagus that was tender with a crunch. Perfect. Thank you, Gary, the cook. Bernard’s service was attentive and his lavender cocktail was superb. Thank you!!
The hotel is getting new furnitures and improving the rooms to get the best experience we can have. The room was super clean, it looks freshly painted. Only one sofa was still in our room but is going away since they are renovating all furnitures. So they are doing a great job. Can't wait to go back in the summer and see the refreshing look in all buildings.
