Great location, right on the beach! Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and an ice maker in the freezer! Swimming pool inside and out with nice lounge chairs. The restaurant at the resort wasn’t open but there were several places close by. The only negative was all baseboards

We just got back from a weekend at Myrtle Beach, SC. We booked a condo through Beach Vacations, requesting a specific unit. When we arrived after driving for 3.5 hours, we found out that Beach Vacations moved us to a different unit without even letting us know in advance. The

Requested for a room for honeymoon couple and here is what we got: 1. One and Only good thing: The bed was minimally decorated which I liked. 2. The room was the smallest room that I have ever seen. The room was almost exactly the size of bed. No room to move around. 3. AC was

On line booking for the exchange with RCI was misleading. We stayed in the secondary building with the marsh view. Beautiful view but that’s where it ended. Small rooms chopped up unit , little closet space. I would never return to this resort.

Actually Terry, I'm certain Amy has sands Beach club confused with "The Sands" which is a roach, addict, ghetto long term rental rooms and couldn't imagine anyone renting there or staying in it after seeing it from the outside

There is a small bar on the property and several small establishments close by in walking distance. Barefoot Landing is maybe 5 minutes and a Tanger Outlet and a Walmart with several other stores within a mile or 2. I don't know about kids activities around the holidays. Our granddaughter went to a water park very close and also one in South Myrtle that we had free access to, but I don't know if there are any activties at either after summer is long past. Plenty of good shopping and eating within 10-15 minutes, maybe less time in the off season. Hope this helps a bit.

Yes. The condo was waterfront and we couldn't use the balcony as it was blocked off. The hallway rails were loose and dangerous; luckily we didn't have children with us. And, it was noisy and messy. We changed our week twice and were told the construction would be completed when we arrived on May 1st; it wasn't and we were not informed before we made the six hour trip. We left after three days because it was not enjoyable.
