After being here almost a week, I am totally frustrated with asking the staff where the pool lounge umbrellas are. I,ve asked the front desk, the concierge, the time share salesman, the pool towel attendant and anyone else I could find. No one can answer the question. All week, there’s been no one utilizing the pool lounge chairs because of the direct sun. There are plenty of umbrellas affixed to the round tables at the outdoor snack restaurant BUT not a single one that’s mobile to move over to the lounges. How can anyone be expected to endure the 90 + temps in Sept. without some shade? The resort offers “some” outdoor grills. Many fueled by “charcoal”. If I had know, I would have packed some in my suitcase. However, there are “some” gas grills (not the cleanest) around the property. Charcoal grills should be replaced immediately, because no one uses them. Amenities need to be brought up to the 2019’s Pleasant staff. Property kept very nice. Room comfortable and clean. Myrtle Beach area and surroundings quite nice.

Resort was lovey and staff mostly very efficient, ran into an issue when upgraded room and it was not ready. Found blood in tub and on sheets but everything else was picture perfect, almost like someone reentered room after it was cleaned. Very creepy. Other than that staff, repair person and check-n desk were very courteous and efficient. verall hotel very clan

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Just wanted ESSENCE and PAUL (Front Desk) to know that we appreciated them making us feel like special guest during our recent vacation! The room upgrade was an unexpected, pleasant surprise, and very much appreciated (...a great birthday gift)! In addition, the Lazy River was just what we needed, after a busy day of shopping and sightseeing! Both ESSENCE and PAUL embody the kind of personal and professional qualities that we, and other Sheraton guests expect (i.e., friendly, a genuine smile, attention to details and a caring disposition), and are the reasons why Sheraton Broadway Plantation Resort Villas is a step above the rest! We arrived the day after Hurricane Dorian so people were just getting back to work. But they had limited staff which I didn't understand because it was beautiful out. The person that checked us in was full of reasons why we could check in at 2pm. Told us to come back later but several questions later there was a room available. We did have a room mix up (my error) and that was solved very quickly by front desk staff member (Ginny, I think) Thank you very much for helping us out. We did have several other issues regarding trash abandoned in hallway outside that was left for days until we called and then Housekeeping left there cleaning supplies mops/brooms ect. in hallway for last two days. Making it unappealing every time we went to our room. And lastly out room wasn't fully clean. There was food and crumbs in the cabinets and missing pillow cases we had to call three times to get that resolved. The bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The pool was great but there were speaker issues and no shade for lounge chairs. The bartender was less than friendly. I usually have an exceptional time but this fell short.

The property is very nice. The villa we stayed at however had roaches. BIG roaches. We reported it to the staff. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Upon our check-in the staff was not pleasant..they acted as if we were an inconvience. I did not like that at all
