Thank you for sharing your experience about your recent stay. I apologize for the service and the delay that you received at check in, it was totally unacceptable and anything less than perfect. I will speak to the desk clerk that checked you in regarding this matter. Overall, I am glad to hear about the good deal that you received on our hotel, and that you enjoyed our breakfast. We apologize for the palmetto bug, which is an outside bug that is all over the state. The bug most likely came in from a guest opening the door, and again we apologize. We do have routine pest control service, and are up to date with the service of our hotel. We hope that this experience does not deter you from staying with us again. Most horrible hotel to stay in! The housekeeping staff half cleans the rooms and the breakfast was not what the clerks mentioned! Horrible horrible check in process! Hotel smells bad and the staff appears to not understand the concept of friendliness!

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry you did not enjoy your stay. This certainly is not that experience we want you to have. I will get with the housekeeping staff regarding your room cleanliness. We offer a continental breakfast - includes hot waffles, hot and cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, bagels, breads and muffins. We have had all items available on our breakfast bar. Overall nice and clean smelled a lil like dogs because they are pet friendly but good location, nice staff simple breakfast but good. Broadway at the bech was in walking distance which is great for food and entertainemnt

We stayed in the King Suite & loved our room. We requested a room on the first floor & it had easy access to the outside so we could take our dog in & out. Very clean, not noisy at all. Can't go wrong staying here.

food and extend breakfast time by 1/2 hour. Need to secure rooms entry door for a better fit in door jam, we were able to see light in hallway after door was closed. Not disappointed, we enjoyed our stay and will return.
