Hello! Let me preface this by saying I understand that this is a very difficult time for everyone and I know that there are staffing shortages and reopening has probably been a challenge. I am concerned that the cleanliness of the room we stayed in has potential health risks, especially during this time. I have attached some photos for reference. 1-Air filters full of dust and substances…states should be changed out every 6 months but dated March 2017. 2- mold on shower curtain 3-red substance on mattress cover 4- cigarette burns in blankets…we do not smoke and have kids with allergies. 5-roaches in the kitchen Pre-pandemic we traveled often as a family. We have been to Myrtle beach several times and usually stay at a different resort but we were interested in the amenities your resort offered. We have never experienced conditions like this before.

Worst Experience of my life! I travel a lot… And this had to have been the worst experience ever! Upon check-in, we reserved five rooms for our family and one of our family members couldn’t stay here as they gave the room away to someone else. We were told staff member at away. Our family member had to travel 20 minutes away to get another hotel. If that wasn’t bad enough… The rooms were disgusting and filthy! Cookies/crumbs and I have a pound of sand had to be swept off the floor from the previous customer. Staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating! Bugs and cockroaches everywhere!! Food and service was slow & inedible! Very busy week in this area so we could not find another hotel that would accommodate all five families , otherwise I would have moved in a minute. It may look good in pictures but do not be fooled!! This resort was HORRIFIC!👎👎👎👎👎

We stayed for 3 nights recently and I think we were in the villas. I have to say for me personally the place was TOO big. Our unit was very nice and perfect size for our group of 3 kids and two adults. My main complaint was probably maintenance. The kids had issues in the arcade with games taking their money and not working (we were told at the front desk to call the # on the side of the game) I went to put some beach towels in the dryer in the laundry room and tried 2 different ones that never worked (more money lost) We walked all over the place for a working ATM. Also it was crazy how LOUD it got. People literally screaming off their balconies at 10/11 pm. It’s a good location with great views and access to the beautiful beach and the pools were good. I would say it’s a hit or miss place. I wouldn’t stay again but only because I prefer a smaller setting but if you don’t mind crowds and sub-par customer service it isn’t the best but I’ve seen worse!

The photos don't even do it justice. I understand they offer pools and other amenities like restaurants on site but so do 99% of the other hotels. This should be named as more of a glorified weekly motel. The rooms are like a stretched out motel 8 room. Our "view" we paid more for was sad as well. My family of 4 will be trying another hotel next year for our annual Myrtle Beach trip. First day of 3... might edit this after our last and final day.

Do not stay here!! My fiancé and I had to change our first room because the room was disgusting. Dirt and hair in the bed, food behind the night stand, hair in the showers. The lady we spoke to that night was very kind and moved us. Well- after getting settled into bed, we saw the blanket on the bed had hair and food crusted onto it. We waited until the morning- maybe 11-12 to talk to someone who told us to wait until the manager got there at 3. Well we did that and the manager was far from understanding. He said we had the room all day, so we cannot get any refund. He said we should have been here at check out time even though we did not want to check out then, it was our first day. The manager said housekeeping and go in and clean it again- which the obviously never did the first time. So unprofessional and so disrespectful. This must be why the have a D rating on BBB.
