My wife and have owned this property for years but have never stayed here. We own a one bedroom studio that sleeps 4. It was the perfect size. It has a full kitchen, an eating area, sofa, bed and television. Bathroom is dated but it does the job. We will be back in the years to come.

This is a wonderful small village within Palmetto Dunes. You can walk to golf, tennis, general store, beach, bike rental shop, swimming pool and restaurants. The convenience of this place is superb. The unit was clean, well stocked and homey. There was a lagoon with resident alligator outside our door. We bike everywhere when we're visiting the island. This is...

Awesome beach and atmosphere! Family vacation was perfect. Such a safe and stress free place and its immaculate grounds make this place one of a kind. The general store is a great place to grab breakfast and get back home and get to the beach. Tennis courts and plenty of golf courses on site. There's really neat restaurants and marinas...

The property was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach by way of a walkway along the lagoon. The property was quiet and clean. The staff was great and the maintenance people were working everyday to make sure it stayed up to par. The place was older but updated to today's standards which was great, roomy and comfortable!

Stayed in 2 bedroom + loft for 1 week, with 2.5 bathrooms. Resort not new & flashy, but the townhomes are in excellent shape, as well as the new deck renovations & furniture. There is a keyed entrance to the pool area & children's playground. The beach is a 7 minute walk. Bike trails cover the island. Beautiful view of...

Our friends had membership in club. We got a great deal for a weeks stay. Hot and hotter this August, but condo cool. Had my own alligator out back in the swampy area outside the condo. Named him Clarence. Condo very clean and walking distance or short drive to beach. Beach nice except one day wind destroyed 2 umbrellas and...

Palmetto Dunes grounds are very nice. Many areas to grill, bike, walk, sit and playground for kids. Short walk to the beach and 3 restaurants, as well as the general store. The pool has activities for kids to do M-F. Golf, tennis, bike rentals all right here. The actual villa was probably a 2 star at best. Furniture has stains...

Wonderful condo with easy access to the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. We had access to a quiet pool and laundry facilities along with a five minute or less walk to the beach. The General Store provided a variety of items to everyone, deli items, ice cream, household items, all at a very reasonable price.

We just returned from a week in a studio at the Village at Palmetto Dunes. This unit faced the lagoon with easy access to the beach path. We had a patio that faced a wooded area so we enjoyed the privacy of our own backyard. The pool was small but there were open loungers the two times we went there....

We stayed here as a time share exchange for England and were disappointed. We have had several exchanges in the US and apart from one other (Smoktree Lodge in Banner Elk) this is the worst. It is very dated and needs updating. It is also very noisy - every morning for our week there was someone with a leaf blower...
