We were shocked when we walked in the door. First, the musty, stale cooking odor met me in the face. Next, I thought that based on the timeshare we exchanged, that we would have a one bedroom unit. Nope. Back in a corner there was a bed, scrunched about 8" from the wall. The bath

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I'm sorry that the expectations on villa size were not met for your stay with us. The cottage units at the Village offer many solutions for our guests and vary in size from studio units to a 3 bedroom unit. There are several two bedroom units in the lower numbered units as well. The townhouse units are all two and three bedroom units. Please give us a call directly at the resort the next time you trade in and we'd be happy to share the square footage of your assigned unit. Please note that we are currently working on an upgrade in the upholstered furniture in the cottage units so I do hope that you will be more delighted with your overall stay during your next visit with us.

This resort is very dated. We supposedly stayed in the RCI preferred unit, #119. Furnishings need cleaned, we put towels on the chairs just to sit on them, the couch had a big stain. Floors were swept, however when moving the curtains, the dust was built up behind them. Mattress

The Village at Palmetto Dunes in Hilton Head is our favorite destination for a few days away in the Fall every year. Beautiful landscaping, quiet location close to restaurants and shopping, and a short walk to the beach. The townhouse units are beautifully designed and very clea

We are so thrilled that you enjoyed your stay at The Village this year and we are delighted to welcome you back again. We have to agree that with restaurants, shops, beach, golf and tennis just steps away, the location of The Village is tough to beat! We look forward to seeing you all again next year!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. Furnishings were very good, as was the location. Master bedroom suite was especially comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Office staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with Hurricane Florence watch underway.

Hi, Quincy. What would you like to know about this accommodation? What's the weather like during Christmas time as well as water temps
Is the resort pet friendly?
I have booked a 2 bedroom unit thru RCI checking in Sept 16 thru 23. Upon reading 83 reviews does the 2 bedroom have a 2 or a 2.5 bath. My parents are 86 years old and I'm concerned about stairs just for them to use the restroom since older people seem to potty more than normal. With this being said I'm hoping there will be A bath on the main floor for their convenience. Thank you and looking forward to our trip.

"Ask for a room on a lagoon."
