Villa 536 is roomy, great floor plan, nice furnishings. Washer/dryer and all the appliances and equipment needed in kitchen. Could use newer skillets. Beautiful view of pool and unobstructed view of ocean. Now that the busy summer season is over this villa is in need...More
Pros: zero depth entry pool great for little ones, quiet family-oriented feel, plus we love Hilton Head
Cons: some condos are in need of attention, roaches or "palmetto bugs" as they like to call them....we all know they're roaches...are bad on bottom floors
Excellent view from the balcony. Beach is just over the dunes. Cleaning staff needs to step up their game. The water in August is as warm as a bath. There is so much to do; you'll never fit it all into one vacation.
Stayed there from June 18-24 for a family vacation. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great location and a great complex. Unit needs updated especially the beds but nice ocean view. Nice pool and sizeable unit. Enjoyable stay and relaxing week.

Some people shoot fireworks on the beach. Not sure if it's legal or not. A lot of condo places will be no pets. There are a lot private homes as well that are more pet friendly. Hilton Head rarely gets hit by any hurricanes, despite last October. I love it, and grew up spending summer vacations there.
Even the back building has great views of the ocean.....request a higher floor for best views. You overlook the pool straight out to the ocean. As far as the balcony size...depends on what unit but I would say 4 or 5
