Went into this with really high expectations. The best part of the trip was Rachael at the front desk. Great personality, helpful with directions, excellent restaurant recommendations (esp Hudson’s). Had an issue that she resolved almost instantly and she acted like it was no big deal. It was to us so thank you. The room was fine. Entertainment was excellent but it boils down to price. For what we paid it was a Holiday Inn. experience at Ritz Carlton pricing. Probably just me as the hotel was packed.

Our trip was very nice, we really enjoyed staying here and would probably stay here again if returning. The location was perfect, it was on the beach and the Tiki Hut was attached and played live music every night. They had a bike rental and restaurant and pool on the property. Beach House is also located very close to so many other restaurants that we walked to breakfast, lunch, and dinner often. Overall we were really happy with our stay!

The pool and proximity to the ocean is perfect for individuals and families. It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which is very convenient. Always had a clean room and staff is very personable.

Had read a few bad reviews before we booked but decided the location was ideal so decided to give it a go and so happy we did. This hotel is a gem of a find and the room was very nice with a beach vibe (premium king room booked). The location is amazing right on the beautiful white sand beach and having the live music at the tiki hut all day made our trip. Also it’s within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly and helpful-don’t hesitate to book this hotel and we will definitely be back if we are in the area again

Wonderful location, walkable to everything. Rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful, beach bar and pool nice, good breakfast in poolside/beach. BUT they need new mattresses!! We had worn out bed, changing rooms didn’t help.😕

The location is the biggest selling point. Directly on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. You don’t have to drive anywhere if that’s the plan. The pool area is nice and ordering drinks and food at the bar was fine. A waitress would have been even better but it was during the week and there are probably staffing issues like many places. The tiki hut is right outside the pool so you hear the live music which is nice. I do not think there is a lifeguard for anyone wondering. The building is older but refurbished. Popcorn ceilings and painted plaster walls so don’t expect luxury. The room was clean enough but you definitely feel the stickiness in the air from being close to beach and it being an older building. The hallway echoes so you do hear a lot and we were near the elevator and ice machine. The bathroom floor and the doors could use some updating. The closet was a pole with a curtain. The bed was too soft for me but that’s my preference. Again, not terrible but don’t expect luxury. The staff were all friendly and doing their jobs as expected. The food at the Porch was good. Everything is expensive but I feel like that’s expected. The only awkward part was thinking dinner at the Porch would have a family friendly atmosphere. We may have just been unlucky but we got dinner with a very drunk girl in her thong at the bar being loud and profane. Not anyone’s fault but definitely not the ambiance we were expecting. The restaurant is open to the pool area. Overall I would stay here with friends or a partner but maybe not with young kids and I wouldn’t pay a ridiculous price. …

Need a renovation. Price is high. Staff is great. Location is great. Hotel has restaurant and life music, access to the beach. Pools are small. Bar is crowded. Good parking. Bathroom wasn’t clean and very old style. Most rooms have a parking view.

We stayed for memorial weekend. Unfortunately, it was raining; however, we manage to make the best of it. The hotel has a nice nautical theme, with friendly staff and good food. We enjoyed riding our scooters around the bike trail, the local shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Great location. However restaurants and bar understaffed and slow. They did not clean the rooms the entire 4 days we were there. Only took out trash and changed towels. Pretty basic hotel. The rooms were a descent size.

We booked a last minute trip to Hilton Head and we are so glad we stayed here. The location was wonderful as its walking distance to Coligny square with many shops and restaurants and a playground for kids. The beach is very easily accessible via a 30 second walk. I would definitely stay here again.
