Room was like new condition, towels were very rough (need to use fabric softener). We stayed 2 nights but housekeeping never freshened up the room on the second day and had to chase housekeeping down for clean towels. Hot breakfast was great.

This is very much in line with my experience there. The front desk attendant named April treats customers with contempt. In my case I asked for a room away from the elevator for noise, so she put me directly across from the ice and vending machines !! She also refused to give me an account statement showing zero balance on check out. It's unfortunate that tripadvisor are not doing a better job of weeding out fake reviews. This hotel has a lot of clearly fake "excellent" reviews by user ids with only one or two reviews. If disputing through the credit card company doesn't work, take them to small claims court.
