Hotel is under new management and it appears as such --There was a lot of loitering and I did not feel as safe as I would have liked. I travel to Greenville quite often and I have stayed at the property when it was the Comfort Inn. it is mislabeled - it should be categorized as a1 star.

Facility: The sign above the hotel was blank; I was told it's because they're "in transition." Abandoned car dealerships have chained off access roads. Vagrants are squatting all around the periphery. One woman was squatting, smoking, right in front of my car bumper when I left in the morning. My room specifically: Old, dirty in general. Pee on the base...

On a recent stay in Greenville, SC I had the opportunity to stay at this location and I was impressed at how clean and well maintained this location is. It has been changed to a Roadway Inn but that in no way diminished the quality of this location. Check in was a snap. The young lady behind the counter was...

Greenville, for some reason, seems to be an overpriced city for hotel rooms. I got into this place as a walk-in for under 60 bucks (before tax) and was happy with it. Clean and comfortable enough for a night's stay.

A good stay being on the road for work. Comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room, air/heat works well. Shower is good, room is clean. Wifi works well. Hard to get into and out of the hotel from the road - lots of traffic and only one way in/out. Breakfast is hot with meat, eggs, yogurt, waffles, fruit, coffee,...

Loved the bed, room and bathroom were fine. Disliked the old carpet in the halls and could smell smoke from some of the rooms. Breakfast was ok. Good value and great bed, but they need to light the sign...passed by the hotel several times because it was dark and there was no sign lighting the way.

PROS: beds seemed to be in good shape and slept well. Shower presssure was good and hot. Free parking, wifi and though I didn't use it, had a free breakfast. CONS: seemed understaffed. Entire building seemed run down and in need of updates, dirty and stained carpets, walls and tile. Even hall ways were smelly and dirty floors. New or...

Not a good family hotel. The top floor is all smoking rooms and seedy activity seems to go on up there. The staff is overworked and underpaid but friendly. Renovations are going on but not in the actual rooms. Overpriced.

Front desk person rude and uncaring. Light bulbs missing from lights so did not see how dirty room was until the morning. Stains on sheets and bedding. Complained to manager, who said we where on the bad floor and that his staff can't check every bed.
