This place has a split personality. We were very disappointed in our room. It looked like it was still in the 60's except there was a refrigerator in the room. Definitely in need of an update. When we left the room to get breakfast, we were amazed at the grounds. There is a very nice pool area and gardens with... More

The hotel is filled with charm. Nice clean rooms, great court yard and a fun little bar. The best part of my stay at the Phoenix Inn though was the complimentary breakfast buffet! That was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel and it's complimentary! Real eggs (not powdered) crispy bacon, great hash brown casserole and much much... More

Went for business to this area. The hotel was chosen because of other pretty decent reviews on this site. I am not sure who wrote the reviews but they are not accurate. A majority of the rooms are not used any longer, and they are being left to deteriorate on the property. The remaining rooms are in a poor state.... More

The hotel is pet friendly, which for us is a PLUS. Three quarters of the hotel is closed, with only the main section being used. The rooms are dated, and could use some repairs, but appeared to be reasonably clean. When you travel with pets, you often show a bit more understanding. But when I got into bed, my pillow... More

You've seen our reviews before. We like this place. The new owners have an awesome business model of making a "mom and pop" hotel into a nice, quaint throwback to years past. Since they took over, it's gotten better every time we come in. WiFi is finally fast and reliable. The appearance gets nicer every time. The new chef puts... More

We stayed a night at this hotel and couldn't be happier. The staff was so nice and the hotel itself was beautiful. My room came with a complimentary breakfast buffet and it was so good. We will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient, near the TD Convention Center. If you have an event there, this hotel is the best. This inn is conformable, plenty of space in your room. However, it´s far from the downtown, so you have to take a cab to go there.

We stayed here when a chain hotel couldn't find our reservation. We were in the area for a conference for 5 days. The first day we had an issue because our room wasn't cleaned. I left my I-Pad on the night stand and the house keeping staff left a note that said they could not clean with personal items on... More

This hotel is very dated with 1980 décor and outside entry room. Room had a musty smell and floors were gross. We could see the outside from the large crack at the bottom and side of the door. I actually packed two hand towels in the cracks to prevent something from crawling in from the woods outside. Would have gone... More
