I've spent over 90 days in hotels in 2020 and the Embassy Suites Greenville Riverplace is hands down the best. First of all they have a fabulous location. Alle Maser at the front desk is phenomenal. HG at the front door always has a smile and ready to assist however he can, and Heather at the evening reception keeps the glasses full. They truly make my work trips more like a get away and I appreciate it. Keep up the great work.
Came here with my husband visiting Greenville for the first time. I can’t tell you enough how nice it was for Alle, who was working the front desk, to spend so much time answering our questions & helping us navigate the city. She even spent time printing out a list of all the things we told her we enjoy - like hikes/waterfalls - and had it ready for us when we came back down from our room. Anyway, she was the best! The hotel itself was very updated and nice. Our room was great, overlooking the River and city view, and cleaned to perfection. We will definitely stay here again!
Located on the river this hotel is perfectly situated to walk to Falls Park on the Reedy! Valet parking or self parking ($7 unlimited in & out is available). Room Service provided by Ruth Chris or you can eat in the restaurant downstairs. Unlike some Embassy Suites they are still serving a warm breakfast, you are just served instead of touching it yourself. Happy hour still ongoing in COVID with a 2 drink limit. Balconies available in several rooms with great views of the river & yet still shockingly quiet inside. Definitely will stay here again!
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel in 2 years. Great location. Comfy stay. LOVE the mattresses we slept on. Would love management to write back and let me know what type of mattresses they have please?! Thank you!
Decent enough hotel I guess but literally every night pot smell was enough for a contact high. And yes, called down but nothing was done. I have zero issues with Mary Jane but should be able to spend a night without having it as a partner in my room. Hotel seems super drug friendly since complaints ignored. Staff is pretty good, but no enjoyable nights here. October weekend with Clemson against Syracuse if anyone thinks this is a false review.
