Welcome to Beachside Boutique Inn, located in Folly Beach, SC. just 10 miles south of historic Charleston. We have uniquely different accommodation options available, from private cottages to a gorgeous Master Suite named 'The Kings Tower'. Bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and a continental breakfast are some of the amenities our guests enjoy! Come stay at our our Boutique Inn with the relaxing atmosphere of the beach (just a short walk away), restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. With our quirky and quaint rooms, we create a sense of days gone by to our guests, a time that was much simpler, when a cold glass of tea on a hot summer's night & an evening of shagging with your sweetheart was all the rage. Pack a bag, throw in some flip flops, a swim suit & leave your worries behind!

We spend a few days in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was perfect. The location was close to everything but still far enough away it felt private. We spent most of our time relaxing and reading on the spacious porch on the futon couch , meeting the house dog Ridley, who was so cute and friendly, if only our pooch was interested in other dogs. The bungalow even has a gate to ensure your pooch stays in. We could not have asked for anything more, breakfast was great, hospitality was great and the bungalow had everything we needed down to bug spray and citronella candles. There was reserved parking right outside the bungalow. I would recommend this and plan to visit again!

The Inn is close to the beach and several downtown restaurants and shops. Stayed in the Prince Folly room. The room is a little cramped around the bed and we would have liked a little firmer mattress. The shower is very spacious but no soaking tub. It has a private exterior door and a door from the lobby and common areas with shared Kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. There are several outside deck spaces to relax. The manager, Laura, was very helpful with any of our questions and needs during the visit.

We stayed in the Queen Anne room for one night and man was I amazed! This room is beautiful with it's three walls of windows! The Beachside Inn Wooden Castle itself was so cute and had a huge beautiful kitchen where the breakfast delivered in the morning was placed. The kitchen was even stocked with juice boxes. The Wooden Castle is right next to the beach restaurant strip and super walkable to the pier and bars. The host was so sweet&accomodating. We talked about how I wish I had stayed longer and will definitely be back.

I picked this place from the descriptions on their website and chose the Treehouse Room thinking it would be unique and fun. Well it was unique all right, tiny, cramped in a small building shared by two other guest rooms with a shared kitchen and eating area. Luckily we had the place to ourselves but if the other rooms were occupied everyone would hear everyone else's slightest noises! Minimal privacy! Also street noise. So the room was simply not comfy or what we expected. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast delivered in the morning was large and tasty. The fridge was stocked with juices and the pod coffee pot had a lot of variety to choose from. If you are a family and took all three rooms it would be a fun place to stay. They do offer many types of rooms so be sure and check out carefully. They have bikes to ride and clearly cater to people who want to be two blocks from the beach so again for a family vacation this place might work very well for you. Only 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops and 3 minute walk to the terrific pier and stunning beach. Location is excellent for close proximity to everything. While our choice of room did not pan out if you know in advance what you are getting this likely will work well for your time in funky Folly Beach. I suspect our room was at the low end of the accommodations, it looks like they have much more comfy ones to suit all tastes. So buyer beware and do your homework before booking!

Such a wonderful property. Laura was very kind and attentive. We stayed in the Shabby Chic room which was absolutely precious. The clawfoot tub was large and very elegant. The main house where breakfast is served was very warm and inviting. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options that were all delicious! They're conveniently close to the beach as well as all of the bars/restaurants/shopping. They offered beach towels and chairs for us to use during our stay as well that allowed us to pack light for our staycation. The bed was, I believe, either a full or queen size and the mattress was extremely pillowy and soft. It did sink in a bit in the middle which was a tad uncomfortable (this is my only critique and it is very minimal.) Overall it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be joining again for another visit in the future!

Such a cute place to stay at the beach. Breakfast was explained as continental. But it was ABOVE and BEYOND. It's was more like an elevated continental breakfast. I read other reviews and the area is NOT bad. Street parking is convenient. It was very safe. The beach was less than a five minute walk. I have nothing bad to say about Beachside. The young lady at the front desk, check on us to make sure we were coming and made sure we would get there by check in time. We still could check-in after a certain time but a different scenario if she was gone for the day. Beach towels available, toiletries, water, microwave, refrigerator and in the common area a full size kitchen. So if your on a budget and like to cook a meal you can. Every section had public and private areas. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a great stay. Minus Mother Nature and rain. We will be going back.

This place is so quirky and fun - we absolutely loved our stay here! It’s super clean and has some really nice common areas to sit among the palm trees. The included breakfast is really great and there are lots of options. The staff was also so friendly and welcoming and cuddles from the resident puppy were a huge bonus :)

Loved our too short stay. Cozy, quirky, cool atmosphere. Very homey rooms with shared common areas like a full kitchen, living and dining room. Instructions and information were great. Staff were even better; friendly, helpful and fun!

Stayed in the Queen Anne room, great amenities & really clean. Loved the common areas, especially the kitchen. Continental breakfast was spot on. Staff was super friendly and very concerned with making sure our stay was awesome. I would recommend this place for sure. Quick note, parking is a challenge for this part of the inn so have a game before you arrive.

Thanks for your question. I went to the Inn's website and found they have the Seacret cottage with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. I don't see any rooms with two twins. Go to the website for Beachside Boutique Inn.

Yes. They have some off street spots and reserved street parking, which are free. We always found one available when we were there. There is a pay lot very close by, too, if I remember correctly.
