First off the only good thing about this is the location. It's close to everything, but the hotel is terrible. Drug/prostitutes arguing outside, rooms stink like smoke and mildew. Key slots for cards are for show only, you have to use a key. Doors have been repaired several times like someone kicked in the doors and now they have chain... More

There was no Iron, hole in the tub, phone didn't work and bugs in the bedding. The manager had an issue with giving us extra towels and advised me that I had to ask for an iron at the front desk if I needed.

For us the air conditioner was broken so we had to sleep without the air. They gave us the microwave and refrigerator in our rooms but it didn't work. Needs to be remodeled. don't come... More

This Hotel is outdated, old and needs to be a total renovation. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, there was a hand print on the wall in the bedroom. The customer waiting room in the lobby was scary. The furniture was discolored and smelled.

The room had a very funny smell right when i first walked into it. all the drains smelled bad. the mattress was very worn out. it had a lot of... More

We decided after the entire myrtle beach seemed 2 be booked but never thought of bed bugs being our quiet guests. We discovered not only bed bugs but also dry blood on the sheets. The owner was very rude &u refused to come look when we reported it, he just offered to give 1/2 our money back after going back... More

Check in clerk was not friendly. We noticed lots of plants growing in 5 gallons buckets everywhere- in the parking lot, alongside a fence - even in front of the room we were assigned to - looked like a makeshift garden. Later that even, we began hearing conversations right around our door and the sound of water. My husband and... More

Bed bugs were reported at this property in room 103 on 12/31/08. I personally have not stayed here nor would i, since bedbugs were discovered. There is a website called bedbug registry you can go to that tells you where bed bugs have been reported.

It is most unfortunate that this guest had a bad experience at our property. We apologize for any inconvenience that the guest may have incurred. Once made aware of the problem at hand we put the room in an off rental state and contacted a professional pest elimination service. The problem no longer exists, but its memory remains a constant...
