Where to begin... if I cold post a negative "overall rating" I would. This hotel is absolutely horrible. From the staff, to the accommodations, on down the line. We were visiting my daughters friend at USC for the weekend - 8+ hour drive down from Maryland. Got there around 1pm, they would not let us check-in early, even though the... More

This hotel is barely being held together. The hotel was dirty and old and smelled, and so did my room. The air conditioner barely worked at full power, the faucet in the bathroom wouldn't shut off, the toiled barely flushed. When I checked in, they said the elevator wasn't working correctly and unless a guest who used it "sent it... More

Be advised that this property is currently being renovated top to bottom. The "tower" structure is completely gutted and there are no amenities (restaurant, bar, swimming pool). That being said, there are still rooms available in the other building of the hotel. Keep in mind that this is an older property and showing its age. But you can still expect... More

Being a dated hotel is no excuse for the uncleanliness and disrepair of the the hotel in general and the room we stayed in. We actually switched rooms after opening the door to the first room. We were going to be charged regardless of the stay so we looked at two other rooms and picked the lesser of two hog... More

STAY AWAY! This is a tired, old hotel. The halls, rooms smelled horrible. Carpeting was filthy. TV didn't work. NO amenities. Front desk staff very nice but still didn't make up for bad shape hotel is in. Needs an overhaul.

Absolutely disgusting! We stayed in room 669. The ice machines on the 5th an 6th floors were broken. The ice machine on the 4th floor was out of ice. The end of the hallway on the 6th floor was a wet marshland. (My jeans got wet walking through it and I was wearing heals.) the woodwork around the windows on... More

For my purposes the hotel was in a great location, but it's an older hotel in desperate need of renovation. The safety lock on my door was broken and during my 6-day stay they never made any attempt to repair it. They never left enough towels, hand towels and wash cloths and I had to go to the front desk... More

The outside is full of trash. The outdoor pool literally does not exist. The wallpaper is peeling and the beds looked as if they had been sat on before I came into the room. We paid more for this hotel so that we had a pool!!!!!! Yes, they are changing to Hilton Garden in July. Don't give them business either.... More
