We went for a long weekend and had a great time. We changed sites from a gravel to a paved site (per their rec and the availability) which was a super move. The hosts definitely have your best interests and comfort in mind. We were very happy with our stay. It was quiet, relaxing, and a wonderful way to relax. We ventured up Hwy 11 for some hikes and some eats. Solitude Point is just that-solitude, but located as such to venture out if one wants. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return soon!

Stayed here 2 nights in a cabin. Had some concerns staying in a campground instead of hotel but turned out to be a great choice. Cabin was small but very clean and functional. The hot tub was clean also. I highly recommend this campground. We hope to go back again.

My wife, Jamie, and I stayed here a week ago for a long relaxing weekend to celebrate our anniversary. I had researched possible locations to stay in the area, and this looked to be the best. Great location, nice cabins, and consistently good reviews. When we arrived, we were happy to find that it was everything we expected, and more. The cabin was super clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. We were glad we added the hot tub as it was the perfect way to relax our entire bodies after a day of hiking. The campgrounds were very clean and quiet. When we had questions about the area (places to hike, eat, etc.) the owners/staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We also bought a couple nice shirts they had for sale in the office. There wasn't a single issue or concern the entire time we were there. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area in the future. Highly recommended!!

We are completing our third stay at Solitude Pointe. We found this campground when we were looking for a place to sneak away as a family to enjoy the outdoors and a slower pace. We found all we were looking for and more! The three things that make Solitude Pointe the perfect get away for our family are: consistency, location, and campground environment. The cabins are consistently clean and this makes them so welcoming. The owners provide clear and thorough communication and are consistent in their availability to communicate with guests. The location of Solitude Pointe is perfect for visiting state parks. It is close enough to Greenville and other NC/SC towns that you can have all kinds of adventures! Lastly, the campground environment is so welcoming and relaxing. While we love our outdoor adventure days, we so enjoy our days at the cabin. We love sitting on the porch, taking walks, and visiting the playground. We plan to come back again (& again!) to enjoy our next family adventure!

Place was GREAT! Very friendly and quiet Campground. Very clean, site are plenty big enough and not stacked so close you can hear your neighbors whisper. I definitely recommend, we camp alot and like to smaller business campgrounds instead of the KOAs. They are close to Greenville and close to many Falls and hiking trails. This was a short stay so we didn't get in too many but the ones we did were really close. They have a dock on a slow river (so ok for young kids). It snowed nearby so we didn't go swimming but next time we'll go when it's warm.

We stayed at Solitude Pointe in 2020 and loved it, so, we returned in 2021 and everything was just as great as it was the prior year. Rodney and Amy were fantastic hosts, the park was very well maintained, and the stay was great, totally uneventfull. We'll be back in 2022.

My husband and I spent a weekend during November 2021 in this quaint campground within the mist of upstate SC mountains. Firstly, we were blown away with the customer service, knowledge and amiability of the owners. This lovely hidden treasure is convenient to trails, waterfalls, small towns and restaurants. The sites accommodate full hook-up and cabins are also available. We highly recommend it and we will return very soon.

I will absolutely stay here again! The cabin was spotless when we arrived, had everything we needed, and was really cozy and comfortable. Solitude Pointe is PERFECT for couples or small families who just want to escape into the mountains. The campground is tucked away off of Hwy 11 and the busy road up to Caesar's Head, so it's really quiet. It was so nice to hear crickets and frogs at night and birds in the morning rather than the sounds of the city we all get used to. It's close enough to Travelers Rest and Greenville that you're not too far from the action should you want other things to do. The cost to stay is extremely fair. Definitely a new favorite for a quick weekend getaway.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and definitely enjoyed our visit. The park is definitely nestled in the trees and you have full shade. The camp host will guide you to your spot and helped us park our 42’ 5th wheel like it was an r-pod. Full hookups with 50 amp helps a lot in the heat as well. Well appointed camp store and staff is very friendly. There is also a private river/creek access dock right across the street which many enjoy as well. Will also fit larger units. We are a 42’ low clearance 5th wheel pulled by a long bed crew cab dually and had no issues. Close to many mountain attractions and we will definitely return. BTW we were in site 10.
