We loved this wonderful place in downtown historic Charleston! The Meeting Street Inn staff was quick to welcome us and attended to our every need. We loved the wine and cheese every evening and the morning goodies too! We have come to historic Charleston regularly for many years and thus place is a wonderful find! Will be back in a few months!

We had a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Darren and the staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Could have used a few different options, but fresh and delicious nonetheless. The evening wine and cheese reception is a great touch. We would stay there again.

We loved the old southern charm this hotel provided. Our room was on the first floor with a view of the courtyard, it was the perfect place to relax after walking around Charleston all day. The staff was great! I highly recommend the free wine and cheese. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at The Meeting Street Inn for 4 nights. They provide a wonderful free breakfast every morning and complimentary wine and cheese, meats etc for happy hour every evening. We were able to easily walk to every destination except the plantation tours,, in which case we ubered. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of The Meeting Street Inn couldn't be any better! Centrally located close to the market, great shopping, and restaurants. You simply don't need a car to get around Charleston with this location. The rooms are lovely and provide picture-perfect southern charm. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Everyone at the front desk was helpful, professional, and wonderful. Darren remembered me from a visit a few years ago. What a real gem you have with him! We couldn't ask for better service! The rooms were clean and spacious. The little jacuzzi on the main level is a nice addition. (although we didn't utilize it) The morning breakfast was lovely to start the day and each day there is a wine/cheese reception. This was our second stay here.

We had an excellent time at this historic property and loved the convenience of our location. Right next to King Street for excellent shopping, and several dining options on Meeting Street. Parking was 2 blocks away but there is a loading zone to drop off luggage and check in/out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. There is a little jacuzzi on the main level but the jets are currently broken. They also offered a nightly wine and cheese reception from 5-6 and a daily breakfast that included coffee, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, and other assorted pastries. I would definitely stay here again!
