We loved our stay at the Indigo Inn! First, it was in the heart of historic Charleston so the proximaty to restaurants and sites was perfect. The three floors of rooms, which include a mini-fridge, surround a large courtyard. The staff was excellent about restaurant and tourist activities. Also, cocktails and breakfast were included while parking was only $16. While checkout is around noon, you can leave your car until 4 pm that same day. The lobby is small, but they pre-bagged breakfast so you could take it back to your room or the courtyard. The pre-bagged breakfast included a blueberry muffin, an apple, a granola bar and yogurt. Also, they had bagels, bananas, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, and water bottles. For the cocktail hour, they had prepared cheese/cracker and fruit in individual plastic containers.

Room Tip: Rooms face courtyard so 2nd or 3rd floor preferable to avoid noise. Note there is only one elevator.

Love this charming hotel! Beautiful and relaxing courtyard with fountain. Quaint rooms. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed the free wine and cheese/fruit at 6 pm plus the free coffee/tea in lobby was excellent! Location is perfect and all the restaurants/bars/shops/parks and attractions are within walking distance so you don't need to rent a car. Friendly staff. Thank you for the late check out. Highly recommend while exploring Charleston!

Cozy stay in the middle of downtown. Excellent value. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Dog friendly and very clean with only a few minor exceptions. Friendly and competent staff. Morning continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese.10/10 will recommend to friends. The atrium is cool too.

We stayed (2 adults and 2 kids) at the Indigo Inn in December 2020 and we were impressed by the great people working there, especially Julia and Carl at the reception desk. They went above and beyond to make our visit a success. The location of the property is unbeatable for those who want to have fun in downtown Charleston without having to drive; everything is an easy walk away.

I jad a wonderful time at Indigo inn. O stayed in a queen room. It was clean and very comfortable. Stand up shower was great and we had a small couch and chair as well to sit in. Very pretty atrium view from our window. Staff was friendly and attentive. Also enjoyed our Wine in the evening. I took it in a plastic cup instead of wine glass just to be more practical. Location was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere didn't have to worry about moving my car. Less then 5 min walk from the historic Market Street. It is also understandable that there would be a fee for parking because of being in Charleston. Most places had a charge or it was already incorporated in the price of the room. We loves Charleston and next time I would like to stay at Indigo again.
