When we visit Charleston, this is always the hotel of our choice. It is updated, bright, clean and attractive and so very convenient to downtown Charleston and most of all, just a few minutes to MUSC.

Absolutely the worse experience ever. Only positive was bed/room was clean. We stayed at the second building that opened to the outside. The road noise was so bad that I had to sleep with two pillows over my head. Nothing in room, had to ask for toilet paper. Paid $139 plus for what should be rated a one or zero...

Hotel room was clean and otherwise fine. No odor which I was concerned about when I saw how many dogs were there. Must be the only place in town that allows them but as a dog lover they did not bother me. Breakfast is ok / unremarkable. Whole first floor smells from waffles in the morning.

Everyone was super sweet. Walking in and seeing their beautiful Christmas tree was pretty nice too. I booked my room 2 hours before showing up. I walked in and they got me checked in rather quickly. Let's start by saying we travel with our two small dogs. Although some hotels accept pets, this place embraces them. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. The front desk was unfriendly, not having a fridge in the room was very inconvenient. The rooms were nice and clean, but too hot. Once we got the temp in the room controlled, it was fine. The breakfast had a great variety.

Online photos showed a very clean, updated look. Upon arrival 4:30pm ish, a dull reception at desk. Two buildings.
