Fix the elevators in the parking garage... Drove 3 hours and paid $400+ to find out after I parked on the top floor (garage was full) the elevator was out of service... Probaly will affect my hotel decisions on future visits...

1st time to Charelston with a perfect 1st Hotel with a family... Kristine at the front desk was about as warming and accomodating as one could ask for... She remebered all 3 of my kids each time they went down to get a snack... Her daughter, Alex, worked at the bar next to the check in area and she was as lovlely and kinds as her mother... All the boys at the entrance and valet were always attentive and kind... Getting a Lyft at the hotel was easy and a driver was always within 8 minutes of the hotel... Being on the north end of King Street close to interstate made access to the rest of the city a breeze with our rental car...
