We stayed at this hotel for two nights around Thanksgiving and were pleased with the value offered. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel employs an extremely helpful concierge with lots of information and ideas for tourists. It is well located in the historic district, just a block off King Street, a 15-minute walk to the City Market area,...

We decided to hit Charleston on our voyage from our summer/fall home in Cosby, TN to our winter/spring place in New Smyrna Beach, FL. It was seventy miles longer, but we were of tired of a Savannah stopover. Our preferred hotel was sold out so I decided to book the Courtyard based on TA's high reviews. We arrived at 14:00...

This hotel is in a great location in the historic district, within walking distance to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The employees are all friendly and wiling to help with anything you may need. The rooms are clean. We were there for three days and was very disappointed in the room service. The first morning of our stay the room was...

Overall, the hotel is in a good (not the best) location and within a relatively easy walking distance to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The hotel itself was clean but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and far below acceptable standards, especially for the price of the hotel. Service was excellent and especially the assistance of the concierge, Kevin McQuade....

Room was very nice. Great at reception, concierge was very helpful. About the only complaint was the Bistro, not very friendly and long wait for breakfast. After first morning, we found other breakfast options. Sad because every one else at this hotel was great. Also, if you park, don't expect parking after 6 pm on weekends. Walk or Uber after...

The city is magnificent. Very charming & coZy as well. The main shopping street called King st. It is 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Also 4 minutes away from starbucks. And 9 minutes walking from the Charleston aquarium. But unfortunately No free breakfast. 18 USD for the parking.

We stayed here for a long weekend in early November and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very nice and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. Kevin, the concierge, was a tremendous help. He arranged many things for us to do and places to eat. We highly recommend this Courtyard and highly recommend Kevin.

We came to Charleston to visit family who live only blocks away in the historic district. This property location was centralized to that and the many points of interest in this historic city. Most within walking distance including restaurants and bar scenes. We came with my family of four, me husband and two older kids so we had the larger...

We are frequent travelers and enjoy luxury as well as convenience. We typically stay with Marriott or Hilton brands. We visit Charleston a few times per year and have stayed in MT. Pleasant in the past. Wanted to try downtown location to have easy walking access to downtown shopping and dining. Pros: we are Marriott Elite Rewards members so our...

Stayed here for a long weekend of sight seeing. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was average. Mattresses were old. Rugs hadn't been vacuumed in some time. Food and garbage under the beds. Bathroom was not well supplied. 2 mini bars of soap and 1 little bottle of shampoo. I went down to front desk and was...
