My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights at this wonderful historic home, with breathtaking views of the bay. The pictures don't really do it justice...so much prettier in person. The whole third floor of the house is yours to enjoy, including the big porch, where we spent a lot of resting time after walking the streets of Charleston. The owners,...

We stayed at Zero Water Street for our annual trip o Chareston. This was our first time staying here, and we want to go back, we didn't want to leave! The owners were awesome, I can't say enough about Bonnie she was so gracious from the start. You have the whole third floor, a living room, bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen...

This is a dream view. You have the entire top floor to enjoy, but the piazza is the reason you stay here. The view is worth every cent of the cost of this rental. You will be so glad you did not overlook this. I promise you will be glad you splurged. The dolphins play in the harbor and the...

Thanks for the uplifting review. We couldn't agree with you more about the view and experience from the piazza - its simply magical! As the "gracious lady" is approaching her 180th birthday, we appreciate every nuance of her character and try to balance things that need improving with those things that are fine just the way they are, regardless of...

Visiting Charleston for a belated 25th wedding anniversary trip, we stayed at Zero Water Street for three nights. From this location we not only walked to the downtown area, we walked to upper King and explored the newer restaurant scene up there. There’s not much I could add that hasn’t already been said. I’d point out that staying here we...

Had a wonderful visit here. You have the entire third floor to yourself. This includes a kitchen, bedroom, bath, living room and an office area. Lovely! I really appreciated the homemade breads, yogurts, coffee, fruits. Fresh every day. The views from this place are phenomenal! Close to historic downtown restaurants. Just perfection. I almost forgot to mention the porch with...

Best B & B experience we have ever had. We have stayed here twice and its just fantastic. My wife especially enjoyed watching dolphins in the harbor from the veranda. Staying here was a wonderful treat. Its not cheap but for what you get and the location and the view its a bargain. Also has off street parking which is...

My wife and I stayed for two nights at Zero Water St. Location was great for walking through the south of broad neighborhood and access to the downtown restaurants and bars. The apartment is on the third floor and includes a covered porch with fantastic views out over the water. Perfect if combined with a few gin and tonics. I...

From our arrival to our departure, the service was exquisite. Incredible accomodations with a phenomenal view of the water. The 3rd floor suite had a kitchen, sitting room, bedroom, full bathroom and living room. Hosts could not have been more welcoming. Would definitely return.

Perfect location and a short walk to everything basically. You have the whole top floor and there is so much space it feels really luxurious. The view over the water is spectacular, and I found myself staring for long periods obsessively looking for dolphins (which I did actually see a few times). The breakfast is continental but great with lots...

What can I add to all the other positive reviews? Maybe that it would have been enough for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration to have spent all of our time at Zero Water Street! It's a lot about location, location, location (and Southern hospitality). The view from the bay end of the sitting area and the porch, both looking directly...
