The room and bathroom is very small. The room was clean but smelled badly. There were plumbing issues and the toilet made noise all night long. I did not feel very safe as I stayed on a ground floor room and there is easy access from the courtyard with an old key system. The location was okay and the front desk attendent was very friendly. Although I would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. While it wasn’t a 5 star extraordinary experience, it was a nice enough hotel in a great location. For the price, I thought it was very good. If you are looking to be blown away by the room and you are spending a lot of time at the hotel and looking for extras (hotel bar, great lobby ect) this isn’t the hotel for you. But if you want a nice place to sleep and a great location at a great price, it is the hotel for you.

I paid $450/night (with tax) for a tiny, poorly lit room with one window that was 2 feet from the adjacent building. nothing was included- no breakfast or parking. there was a garage across the street for $20 overnight. the bed had no blanket, only two thin sheets. we noticed once we returned from diner and there is no one on staff to help past 11pm. the bed sank in the middle because there was no box spring. there were no bath towels in the room- someone forgot to leave them. i had to go ask the front desk. the gentleman at the desk was helpful in providing. he was also helpful when we asked about parking. the wall unit AC was very loud. it left the room damp and humid. the wifi did not work on our computer, only on our phones. the breakfast was a bowl of fruit, some cliff bars and mediocre coffee from an air pot. i understand they no longer have food service due to covid- but get a little more creative. when we were due to check out in the morning, we asked to store our luggage somewhere. we were met with a resounding "no" when we asked if there was a secure space. ultimately we insisted they hife our laptop bag under the desk. we left our bags out in the open in the lobby space. do not stay here. it's worth paying more to stay anywhere else. or less to stay in standard chain hotel. again- $450 for a humid, tiny room, with no blanket, no breakfast, a bad wifi connection. isn't charleston known for their hosiptality?

Worst ever. Misrepresented. Go somewhere else. Not a B&B even though described as such. Lovely courtyard can't be used because they don't treat for mosquitoes. Room not clean and also filled with mosquitoes. Too bad because it's a nice location. Will not return or recommend to others.

Picked this online. Great location and great walking distance from everywhere downtown. Good hotel overall. AC could definitely work better but we made it work. I expected them to recommend more around their area but everything was easy to find. Simple and located close to everywhere you want to be.
