This place has a great location. Unfortunately, that's as good as it gets. The rooms are tired and dated. The bathrooms are barely decent. We checked in late in the afternoon. Left the room to go exploring one of our favorite cities. Upon returning, around 10:00 PM, we found the toilet overflowing in the room. We called the front desk.... More

Best location with ample parking within walking distance of all the major historic attractions. The rooms are average and certainly not luxurious, but comfortable enough if one only wants a spot to rest their head and shower in the morning. Great coffee and breakfast are available at Toast (street side of the hotel), which is a plus. Parking has now... More

I was a little skeptical reserving this hotel and not one of Charleston's "better" inns. This place was so clean and it is smack dab in the middle of everything. A few blocks from the water , but right there next to the market and some of the greatest bars and restaurants. The price was great, especially for that area... More

Nice hotel but had a few concerns. The room was musty when we arrived in the room. The beds were not very comfortable yet the room overall was nice. Felt the guys at front desk were overrun and it was hard for them to handle the on slot of guest. Will try out this hotel again though.

You will not find a more centrally located hotel nor one that is cheaper. I stay there only to shower and sleep. Beds are very comfortable. Room is a big small. Bathroom was a disaster- faucet fell off while I was showering, bathroom door needed to be pulled up to close and the tub had no anti skid mats or... More

We stayed at this hotel a Monday night with a discount rate that we found lst minute online. We chose this hotel because is pet friendly and the location is perfect to explore Charleston's Downtown. You can walk everywhere from here, and also there is the free trolley around the city. Be aware of the extra charges for parking ($14... More
