A beautiful Country Inn offering hometown hospitality and tranquility to our guests. Our four guestrooms are unique from each other and all offer private baths. Situated on 3 acres of property and directly "across the way" from the Escobar's working dairy farm. The award-winning dairy farm is located on Middle Road, just behind the Inn, and has been a fully operational dairy farm since 1937. Milking of the cows occurs twice a day, every day at 6:00-8:00 am and 4:30-6:30 pm. All of our guests are cordially invited to wander over to meet owner Louis & his wife Jane, all the farm hands, as well as the cows, heifers and calves! During the months of September & October, you can visit our Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch! Relaxed comfort awaits you at Escobar's Farmhouse Inn - We love the area, we love our Inn, and we'd love to welcome you to what will hopefully become your new 'Home away from Home'!

We were in Newport with another couple for a wedding. Stu was a very gracious host and made a delicious breakfast for us. The location was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This will be our go-to place for future visits to the area.

We had a very short stay, just a quick weekend at the end of September to visit my daughter at RWU. It was our first travel after COVID and Dawns preparedness put us immediately at ease. The room was spotless, with high quality linens, and finely furnished/decorated. I don’t think pictures give full justice to the comfort level. The room has direct access from outside, any disinfectant wipes and other supplies were readily available. Unfortunately because of the virus there was no shared meals or congregating in common areas otherwise I assume I would be rating her hospitality as five stars as well. Dawn gave us excellent advise on what to expect & things to do in the area before arriving and also lots of great info on local dining (where to go, what to avoid) during our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the spring. I didn’t write much about the farm above, but I think most visitors will find the spot tranquil, scenic, and family friendly. Waking up to the farm will put a smile on your face.

Our family stayed at the Inn, (in the Katherine Suite) for over a month this summer as we prepared to move overseas. The suite itself was roomy, very clean, and had everything we needed to take care of our 4 children and find some time to relax. We never wanted for anything. We were safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Rather than being cooped up in a large hotel with loud rooms all around us, we were so happy to be in a comfortable, homey place with lots of beautiful land for the kids to roam and play. The Innkeeper, Dawn, anticipated every need and went above and beyond to help us. Despite the pandemic, and being very far from home, our kids were able to have a fun classic summer thanks to Dawn and her thoughtfulness. Our time at the Inn was full of delicious BBQs, sparklers, water fights, night time firepits with s’mores, beautiful hikes around the local area, exploring the farm and admiring the newborn calves, wildflower picking, popsicles, picnics, nights of deep peaceful slumber, and so many laughs. We will always remember the Escobar Inn, the Escobar family (The owners), and Dawn, for being exactly what our family needed during summer ‘20. Dawn supported us in every way, and we will always be thankful for her and the wonderful Escobar Inn.

We stayed at Escobars Farmhouse Inn for 3 nights in July 2020 and what a wonderful stay we had! Dawn couldn’t be a better host who went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and safe. She was intuitive about what we needed, always reachable, nothing was too much trouble. We were in the Walter Room which is perfect for a family with ample space & privacy. So well designed & spotlessly clean! All in all a ‘home from home’ feel. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Escobars and are looking forward to staying again next year!

Escobar's Farmhouse is the best home away from home while working nearby. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable and Dawn, the inn keeper, couldn't be more gracious and helpful, from recommending restaurants to making sure we remembered to make Valentine's Day dinner reservations. We will be back whenever we are in the area.

Stayed here for a weekend when in town for a wedding. The entire place is adorable and had everything we could need, including a drawer with different types of tea and a whole bookshelf of movies to watch. Dawn the inn keeper is super sweet, generous, and really accommodating! Felt like our own little home away from home.

The room was very clean and large. We had everything we needed and Dawn was great to work with. The fireworks were amazing. Dawn had chairs for us and we sat in the back yard and could not have gotten a better show,if we had went somewhere. The fireworks were right in front of us. It was great.

We had never been to Escobar’s Family Inn but we were invited to a Family Baby Shower. What a find! This family country Inn is absolutely adorable. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to stay overnight we were given a lovely tour of the spacious suites that are available for overnight guests! I will definitely recommend this quaint Inn to travelers in the future! The suites are fully equipped with kitchenettes and have multiple beds. They are beautifully decorated and just feel so welcoming. The location is ideally situated and a day trip away from the Cape, Block Island, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Boston and Mystic with Newport Beaches and Mansions just down the road! It was such a pleasure to attend the Baby Shower and I feel like I stumbled on a rare treasure. Dawn, the Innkeeper, was an amazing host, she thought of every detail for this shower. The shower favors were exquisite and thoughtful, she personalized a beautiful video montage for the mommy and daddy to be and the food was delicious beautifully presented and abundant! We had a wonderful time with games, amusing contests and delectable desserts galore! I highly recommend this lovely little Farm Inn for intimate gatherings for family and friends. It’s an adorable country farm with a very friendly host in Dawn, who is outgoing, bright, charming, detail oriented, and super thoughtful! She will definitely make your time here very special and memorable!

We had a really amazing stay at Escobar's Farmhouse Inn. We were the only couple staying that night, so we were thoughtfully upgraded to the Mary Room. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The house itself was beautiful and our host was gracious and gave us a tour and made us feel totally at ease. The breakfast was incredible. We will definitely return in the future.
