A beautiful Country Inn offering hometown hospitality and tranquility to our guests. Our four guestrooms are unique from each other and all offer private baths. Situated on 3 acres of property and directly "across the way" from the Escobar's working dairy farm. The award-winning dairy farm is located on Middle Road, just behind the Inn, and has been a fully operational dairy farm since 1937. Milking of the cows occurs twice a day, every day at 6:00-8:00 am and 4:30-6:30 pm. All of our guests are cordially invited to wander over to meet owner Louis & his wife Jane, all the farm hands, as well as the cows, heifers and calves! During the months of September & October, you can visit our Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch! Relaxed comfort awaits you at Escobar's Farmhouse Inn - We love the area, we love our Inn, and we'd love to welcome you to what will hopefully become your new 'Home away from Home'!

We had a very short stay, just a quick weekend at the end of September to visit my daughter at RWU. It was our first travel after COVID and Dawns preparedness put us immediately at ease. The room was spotless, with high quality linens, and finely furnished/decorated. I don’t think pictures give full justice to the comfort level. The room has direct access from outside, any disinfectant wipes and other supplies were readily available. Unfortunately because of the virus there was no shared meals or congregating in common areas otherwise I assume I would be rating her hospitality as five stars as well. Dawn gave us excellent advise on what to expect & things to do in the area before arriving and also lots of great info on local dining (where to go, what to avoid) during our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the spring. I didn’t write much about the farm above, but I think most visitors will find the spot tranquil, scenic, and family friendly. Waking up to the farm will put a smile on your face.

Escobar's Farmhouse is the best home away from home while working nearby. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable and Dawn, the inn keeper, couldn't be more gracious and helpful, from recommending restaurants to making sure we remembered to make Valentine's Day dinner reservations. We will be back whenever we are in the area.

We stayed at Escobars Farmhouse Inn for 3 nights in July 2020 and what a wonderful stay we had! Dawn couldn’t be a better host who went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and safe. She was intuitive about what we needed, always reachable, nothing was too much trouble. We were in the Walter Room which is perfect for a family with ample space & privacy. So well designed & spotlessly clean! All in all a ‘home from home’ feel. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Escobars and are looking forward to staying again next year!

Our family stayed at the Inn, (in the Katherine Suite) for over a month this summer as we prepared to move overseas. The suite itself was roomy, very clean, and had everything we needed to take care of our 4 children and find some time to relax. We never wanted for anything. We were safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Rather than being cooped up in a large hotel with loud rooms all around us, we were so happy to be in a comfortable, homey place with lots of beautiful land for the kids to roam and play.

The Innkeeper, Dawn, anticipated every need and went above and beyond to help us. Despite the pandemic, and being very far from home, our kids were able to have a fun classic summer thanks to Dawn and her thoughtfulness. Our time at the Inn was full of delicious BBQs, sparklers, water fights, night time firepits with s’mores, beautiful hikes around the local area, exploring the farm and admiring the newborn calves, wildflower picking, popsicles, picnics, nights of deep peaceful slumber, and so many laughs.

We will always remember the Escobar Inn, the Escobar family (The owners), and Dawn, for being exactly what our family needed during summer ‘20. Dawn supported us in every way, and we will always be thankful for her and the wonderful Escobar Inn.

We had a wonderful time with family. The inn is beautiful and Stuart is such a wonderful, friendly innkeeper. His breakfasts were delicious! We enjoyed meeting some other guests at breakfast and enjoyed talking to them so much that we hardly wanted to get up from the table to begin our day! We highly recommend this lovely inn.

We decided last-minute on a overnight getaway to Newport and happened on Escobar's Farmhouse Inn from a Google search of the area. The pictures on the website looked promising, but we've been duped by misrepresentation in the past, so we were dubious. Not only were the photos accurate, they didn't do justice to the lovely location we found. Warmly welcomed by Stuart, we were shown to our room which was all lit, spotless, toasty warm and filled with music. We stayed in the Katherine Suite which was enormous and gorgeously decorated. From the luxurious Matouk sheets and plush towels to a gourmet breakfast and cookies for the road, our stay far exceeded our expectation. Stuart couldn't have been more helpful, informative and delightful. Can't wait to go back!

We’ve traveled extensively over the years, staying in all types of accommodations; villas, vacation homes, B&BS, and hotels. I can honestly say Escobar’s Farmhouse Inn is one of our best experiences ever. Stuart the inn keeper takes great pride in maintaining the inn with meticulous detail. And, the same attention to detail is given to his every effort to cater to his guest’s needs and making them feel right at home!

Simply a lovely setting; quiet, quaint, and removed from the hustle and bustle. Yet, a quick drive to all the sights, sounds, and history of Newport and the surrounding area. We rented the Katherine suite for our son as a surprise for his girlfriend. And, it surpassed their expectations tenfold. The room was outstanding; comfortable, immaculate, and the bed was heavenly comfortable and inviting! Any amenity you could think of was present in the room!

My son wanted to surprise the love of his life with a proposal after graduating from Navy OCS. And, Stuart made the special occasion so memorable, romantic, and intimate with a lovely breakfast for the 5 of us. He even surprised them by setting the table with balloons, chocolates, and a dozen red roses! The breakfast he made for us that morning was delicious, as was each breakfast during the stay.

I highly recommend Escobar’s Inn for anyone traveling to the Newport area. Great for families visiting for Navy OCS graduation, for it is located just 8.5 miles from the base. And, lovely for romantic get- aways too! We will be back again. And, so look forward to letting Stuart be our host!

On a scale from 1-5, Stuart and Escobar’s Farmhouse Inn gets a 6; outstanding comfort and service!

And, an exceptional value too!

I was in town for a reunion of sorts. The entire event was made incredibly stress-free from the reservation, the beautiful, room (light and airy), the services (free wi-fi, the great breakfast, access to the kitchen) and the cleanliness. What made it even better was the lovely innkeeper Stuart. Ask for him and have a great time with very reasonable prices.
