The Breezeway Resort dotted every I and crossed every T from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, beautiful and serene grounds and immaculately cleaned rooms. Couples Row is so quiet and private. The best spot in the place is the Adirondack chairs. Sit there and you will know why it’s called the Breezeway. The private beach they give you access to is an added bonus and made the whole experience there even better. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for the perfect get away this is the place to go to.
It was very clean, brightly decorated, had everything you need.. comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, tv and fridge. The outside was beautiful very family oriented with games and activities for the family. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was kind and accommodating
We booked the 2-bedroom deluxe suite at the last minute for an overnight stay with family. We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely and spotless and spacious suite with two beautifully appointed bathrooms. The suite was painted in lovely beach-like hues of cream and aqua, the furniture was nicely updated, and we were impressed with how clean everything was. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast very convenient. The pool was refreshing and the nearby private beach a plus. We even made reservations at the Breezeway's sister hotel, which was an 11-minute walk for dinner, and it was fabulous. We'll definitely be back. Such a nice place to stay near Misquamicut and other area beaches. Lovely features and very well managed. Five stars.
My family has been taking summer trips to RI for the past 5+ years. We stayed at several locations before realizing Breezeway is always the right place to stay whether we rent a cottage for the family or a suite for just the wife and me. From beautifully landscaped grounds, to convenient and very clean rooms (cleaned daily), their private beach area just a couple blocks away, and perfectly helpful staff eager to assist. The Breezeway is indicative of a very well-managed, family-owned resort that trickles down to every one of the staff. We just returned yesterday from a 6-night stay for the July 4th holiday, and it was a great trip thanks in (big) part to our stay at the wonderful Breezeway.
Friendly stuff, when we came to the room we could smell how clean the room was, The sheets was fresh and clean. Cozy environment. We enjoyed every moment . Awesome place and I totally recommend. Definitely going back before summer is over.
We booked this at the very last minute for a weekend. The staff were very helpful the entire stay. Our room was clean and updated. The refrigerator was bigger than a dorm-size one which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. We had a private beach that you could walk to or had parking (which saves $) and meant no lines. Beach also had a bathroom which is huge! We were able to walk to dinner locations. No complaints at all!
Beautiful resort with meticulous lawns and gardens. Prime location and beautiful private beach. Large swimming pool is a great alternative to the beach. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Easy walk to their restaurant - Maria's Seaside Cafe. Continental breakfast is provided in the lobby daily.
The Breezeway was a perfect spot for our extended family to stay for a family wedding. Each family had their own space and choice of cottage, two bedrooms suite, or one room in the main lodge. As it was redone in 2019 right before Covid, the beds were so comfortable, and rooms very clean, so a great spot to come back to and gather. Our suite had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, balcony and full kitchen for four adults. Easy walk to the beach and drive to local venues. Great coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. Couldn’t have been more perfect!
This was our first time staying at the resort and it totally exceeded our lexpectations. The location and impeccable care given to cleanliness and comfort is very deserving of 5 stars. My daughter and I enjoyed a mother/daughter weekend and we were very pleased with everything. The young women at the front desk were very welcoming and available to answer any questions that we had. Their private section of the Misquamicut beach is an easy walk down the street and their pool offers a good beach alternative. The grounds are as clean and manicured as the rooms. It is a very attractive and well run smaller resort. We are hoping for a return visit when they reopen next spring. Thank you for a perfect weekend! Even the weather was spectacular during our getaway!
Beautiful property welcoming staff great breakfast each morning Pool suite was perfect room immaculate and bed so comfy Private beach and heated pool in September was awesome Perfect place to unwind after our daughters wedding in CT !! Didn’t want to leave
