The front desk staff was pleasant. The entire building could use some TLC, extremely outdated. Two lights in the room didn't work. The swing door lock was flimsy. Hair (not mine) in the bathroom. Overpriced for what you get.
Upon entering lobby thought we had made a mistake. But the room was very nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Great alternative to expensive hotels in Newport. Only 12 minutes from Newport shopping and dining.
Hot water took about 15 min to come on, mattress was fine on the outer 6", other wise it caved in, Coffee served in dixie cups, no cream available, frig did not work..even though the front desk said it was fine. Oh, by the way..if...More

Hotel looks as not taken care of.
Breakfast is minimal. TV has only few stations
