We stayed at the campground for 3 nights, and would definitely stay there again. The toilets and showers are very clean. The owners are friendly and fair, due to cycloon debbie there was no kitchen, no wifi and pool, they let us know in advance and there was a reduction because of this inconvience. This was highly appreciated. The campground...

Had the misfortune of staying here as it was one of the only places that allowed pets. Allowed is a loose term as our dog had to be tied up outside. The first cabin they gave us was disgustingly dirty with an odour of sewerage. The couches were falling apart carpet was horrid. Went to see the owner and was...

100% sure you have reviewed the wrong park. We allow dogs in our pet friendly accommodation and have seperate linen for this purpose. Pets are like family and are treated as such here at Flametree. We also do not have carpet in any of our accommodation, the one couch we do have was purchased brand new before cyclone Debbie and...

My wife and I have been regular guests at this park for the last 12 months. We have occupied numerous sites at this park and have always found the park and amenities spotlessly clean and tidy . The owners, Aaron and Ange along with their dedicated team always ensure that your visit is relaxing and memorable. The Wednesday and Saturday...

We found the cabin we stayed in firstly was faulty as the air conditioner leaked all over our property, which ruined our computer & hard drive. just disappointed that we not informed that the air conditioners are not to be switched on while not in your room, explained as high humidity. They also advertise free Wifi, we couldn't reach it...

For the budding plane enthusiast ideal spot, the local airport is behind the caravan park and great to see small planes landing. New managers running it lovely couple and always checking to see if happy with everything. Not ideal if you prefer to keep close to Airlie Beach you do need to drive and riding a bicycle is not idea....

Moving interstate is no easy task! With alot of stresses and unknowns ahead, having a roof over your head aswell as somewhere that allows your beloved dog in a chalet/cabin is a priority, until we could secure a property of our own. I called every single caravan Park in Airlie Beach months prior to us leaving WA, and I was...

We have just come back from a road trip and we stayed at Flametree for 4 nights. The camp is easy to find from the main road and the location is great very easy to get to Airlie Beach by bus which is right outside the camp. The bathrooms were very clean but dated. BBQ area by pool is lovely....

We always stay at the Flame Tree, a quiet park away from the main drag, next to the airport (but only light planes & helicopters operating in daylight hours) & my husband is a pilot. The new owners Angie & Aaron have done wonders in a few short months cleaning the park up & adding a fire pit Saturday with...

Awesome! So glad that you can see the changes we are making and are happy with them. Saturday nights are our main social evening. We are lucky enough to have some fantastic musicians that come and lend there time to make the nights go off with a bang. Its a great way of getting people to interact with each other...

Nicely situated, kind owners, very helpful with the booking of tours or visit planning. Right next to the whitsundays airport. We recommend the camp fire on Saturday afternoon. Stayed there for 3 nights.
