I booked this bnb after seeing the good reviews. Unfortunately this bnb did not live up to its outside image. They booked my mother in their second house. the room she had was like a run down rental with antique furniture. The electic plug in heater in the bedroom worked but there was no heat in the bathroom which was... More

I had all that I needed plus the company of other guests, I actually stayed next door in the Charles Newhall House, but I went over for breakfast a few times. Beautiful yard, love the big shaded porch. The chef in the kitchen Joy is the best, Junior and Mark the Innkeepers, Judy and Sue to refresh rooms and they... More

After a concerning drive through a slightly dodgy neighbourhood we were relieved to arrive in front of the beautiful Edgewood Manor Inn. That's where the positive feedback ends. The room was dusty, not very clean and I'm not too sure they changed the bedding...there were strands of other peoples' hair on the bed post and pillows. The door to our... More

We loved our stay at Edgewood Manor!!!! We were there from Wed-Fri (Scarlett room in Edgewood manor) and Sun-Tue (Savannah room in Newhall Hall, next door). We loved both rooms. They are very different, and we even got to stick our heads in four of the other rooms, and they're all fabulous. Some are bigger, some are smaller, some have... More

The directions getting to the manor using MapQuest, Google Maps as well as the manor's own website directions were all written differently, using different exit numbers, street names and landmarks...very confusing, and sending us in circles for nearly 2 hours as we tried to make sense of them. It didn't help that the "locals" had no clue what or where... More

This place is clean quiet and beautifully decorated. It is located in a great neighborhood. Close to shopping , RogerWilliams Park and Hospital. Living... More

The lack of response at the time of booking perhaps should have set the alarm bells ringing. I arrived at night to check in only to be met by locked doors and no one in the premises. I returned to my car to call and confirm my booking and was met by some surprise initially by the man who answered... More

Yes when you arrive to the inn late after 8 pm during the week you will need to make certain you have the instructions on how to get into the inn . This gentleman had a reservation made for him by his company in England and the woman left no phone number or any way to contact the incoming guest.... More
