What a great well kept secret. The Willows resort was host to a family reunion this year and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the facilities and the host, Scott. Many acres of undeveloped land made for a relaxing, yet fun-filled weekend. From the solar heated pool to tennis courts and a three hole golf course, to water sports... More

Rooms are dated but kept very clean. Salt water pond with option of kayak or canoes (at no additional cost) as well as a ton of jellyfish to watch from the dock (day and night). Great pool; Tennis Court, Shuffle Board (although we did not use); table tennis, pool table, golfing area. Large grassy area allowing you to walk and... More

We had a fun stay at the Willows Resort. We stayed in the Dockside building, and though the rooms were slightly dated and suffered from the typical ocean-area mustiness, everything was clean and the service was excellent. The onsite amenities were also excellent, especially when considering the cost compared to other Rhode Island hotels with any kind of proximity to... More

My wife and I have been coming here since 1998 (once young and fun but now older and mellower). Here's the great news, the Willows Resort suits our change in personality perfectly. We continue to visit here in late spring, all through the summer for long weekends and into early fall to truly appreciate the enhanced rest and relaxation when... More

We were the family having the reunion in the common area outside the units we rented that abutted "Absolutely Horrendous". One member assumed we could use all the picnic tables and started T-shirt painting on the one outside AH's room. As soon as she was made aware, she and the several children moved. Yes, some family members smoke and were... More

We had reservations for two nights. The smell of mildew was so bad we left the following day. there was a family reunion going on outside our room. The owner had told the family that they had all the rooms on the entire side of the building which was NOT true. The reunion consisted of about thirty people who parked... More

We had a great stay at The Willows Townhouse. It has a great layout with a large bedroom with bath upstairs and a second bedroom/bath downstairs, great kitchen, sitting area, screened porch. All just a short walk from the pond. The house was extremely clean, fresh smelling. We enjoyed the pond (their are kayaks to use), the pool, tennis courts... More

While the rooms are dated, I would go back because of the amenities and the kindness of the staff. As a kayaker, it was a bonus to be able to borrow their kayaks and head out on the salt pond to explore and watch the sunrise.

The Willows is perfect for families or even large groups. It is reasonably priced, has a variety of simple but comfortable accommodations on a large expansion property overlooking the beautiful Ninigret Pond. They have a pool and a large open area for children to play. It is close to several nature reserves for hiking and conveniently located between Westerly and... More

We did not stay at The Willows, but had breakfast at their restaurant. They have a sandwich board by the street advertising the eatery so we decided to investigate. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is in the back, with great views of the pond. It was well-appointed and airy. The waitress was very friendly. Solid breakfast menu with very... More
