We spent a night at this hotel and had very good experience. At checking in, we requested a cot and as we entered in room from door number 4, the housekeeper was bringing a cot. We were impressed by her quick service and courteous nature. She placed it nicely in the room and asked us to call if anything else...

I selected Reading because it was centrally located our far-flung guest list from Harrisburg, Allentown, Lancaster and King of Prussia. First I checked out several "events" locations, only to find they had large fees just for using the location plus the food and service charges. Then I scheduled appointments at several local restaurants. When I met with Larry, the events...

The first room they gave us was not clean and was clearly a smoking room so we were upgraded for free to an executive room which was much better. I was surprised to find a good buffet and excellent service overall. not a bad stay but I feel as if I was overcharged especially since it was advertised for 20...

Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to respond on Tripadvisor. We encourage all of our guests to give us feedback on their stays so we can improve. I see you booked online and were upgraded to our executive rooms. Our food and beverage department does an excellent job with the restaurant and the tavern food. We still have our...

I stayed here for one night. It is a large hotel with multiple buildings. My room was old! All the furnishings are dated and a little worn. Plus, there was a musty odor. But the room was clean and spacious. It might be good for you. I saw a sign when I was leaving that said they were renovating.

Ekehl, We are in the process of renovating the hallways with new carpeting and continue to do preventive maintenance to all of our rooms. The entire staff works very hard to ensure everything in the rooms is in working order and clean. We appreciate when our guests inform us of areas we can improve or correct. We strive to be...

Spent overnight with my daughter here as this hotel was half way between two places we were traveling. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are very large, and the beds super comfy. Looked like new rugs in the room. My daughter needed something from a Rite Aid or CVS and the front desk gave us...

We normally visit Reading in summer during Jazzfest but this month was another trip to attend a wedding. We stayed at our favorite place for a night. It was a usual great stay. Price was very reasonable which was almost half than what we pay in Summer. We noticed new property improvements. The hallway is getting much needed new carpet...

Barry, Thank you for returning to our hotel again, it is always a pleasure to have you back with us. The hallway carpet project is moving ahead nicely with plans to expand to other areas of the hotel early next year.

Room smelled and it was a hot fall day. Room was centrally controlled and heat had been turned on for the season. Other rooms had heat and cool units but not this one. Room was 82 degrees and I was told to open the window. Really? No other rooms were available, check your room before checking in.

776, We do have a few rooms that have a two pipe system which only allows for cooling or heat. During the fall when the days are warm and the nights are cold we opt to turn off the heat during the day and turn it on at night when it is needed.

My mom and Ihad a great overnight stay at the Inn. This is not a typical cookie-cutter hotel but a different one with spacious rooms and nice decor. The property is spread over a large lot. Banquet halls were busy but far away from rooms. There is also a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. We were greeted with smile...

My family and I recently traveled to Reading for a friends wedding. We stayed at the Inn at Reading because this is where the bride had booked the rooms. I will say this, our stay at the hotel didn't start off entirely bad but the longer we deal with this place the lower my rating got. The check in process...

Kelly, I do apologize for the delay, however we did resolve your credit card issue right away. Mechanical problems will occur and we will resolve these as quickly as...
