Smoking is allowed in the casino. Technically staff advised us that the invisible smoking/no smoking line divides the circular casino room down the middle. Food areas are around the outer rim of the circular room. Wife and I walked around outer pathway of casino room and our eyes burned so bad that we left immediately. Shame, we drove a hundred mile to get smoked out. Checked their website prior to going and status of smoking is unclear. Never go back to a smoking casino.

Stopped off at this Casino and enjoyed the visit. The Staff was very friendly and willing to assist you in anything you needed. They had a nice variety of slots and we had alot of fun. We had dinner at O'Sheas Irish resturaunt where we had the Stout Cheeseburger and it was really good! Friendly staff and fast service. We will definitely be back again.

Here for a conference. Conference space and food is good. The hotel is terrible. They are the only hotel that I have found in PA that still has no bell service or valet. (Was at Hotel Hershey just three days ago and all is in place). They are not doing housekeeping. I had no towels and single small garbage can was full. I called at 2pm, 4:30pm and again at 6pm for both. I never received either. Just kept being told that someone would be up. The spa, pool and some restaurants remain closed. I would come for a conference, but would stay at a different hotel.

So the first thing you should recognize, it that this is a casino first and foremost, so nobody under 21 allowed on the property, which means that hotel areas are that much quieter. The room was very comfortable, with a nice sized shower (but no tub), and a big comfy bed. There were 2 USB power sockets available, and plenty of regular power sockets for anything else. The room did not have a fridge, or microwave, or coffee facilities. It shares its car park with the casino, so there is lots of capacity. As well as having access to the casino and the restaurants, you can go down a walkway and get to the horse racing track, which was nice for me as I got to see the last race of the day — very pleasant.

My husband and I drove 4 hours to vacation at Mohegan Sun Casino to celebrate his 68th birthday. While playing in the casino, I used the ticket redemption machine to cash out a winning ticket in the amount of 41.43. When the machine failed to dispense my winnings, I contacted one of the floor employees who referred me to one of the employees in the cage. After waiting around for over one hour, the cage employee was unable to open the machine so that I could retrieve my ticket. Informing her that I was leaving in the morning I filled out the “Guest Dispute Form” and was told when the machine was “Dropped” they would be able to refund my money. Today I spoke with a person from the casino who told me my money would not be refunded since their machine balanced out. I live a very comfortable life and even though the $41.43 is not a ton of cash it was my cash. I have no reason whatsoever to go through all of this hassle but for the money being mine. I don’t know why I was told the machine didn’t show an overage, all I know is I didn’t get my money. Now I feel as if I was made to feel like some sort of con artist. I won’t be back.
