Stayed here 1 night to go to Longwood Gardens. Room was very clean, bathroom was very nice and the kitchenette with large fridge, induction top stove, microwave and coffee pot were just perfect for us. They gave coffee packets with dry Creamer, sugar and sweet and low. We used our own. We cooked our own breakfast so I can't say how the CB was. Would stay here again. We pulled the little table in from the patio to eat at. I think if the TV'S were hung their would be room for a small table and 2 chairs. Nice little place. The gardens were 10 easy miles away.

Comfortable and extremely clean. For a long weekend or even longer, the kitchenette is perfect. Employees are awesome and personable, other guests were really nice too. Breakfast was scant, but we made our own coffee in the room and aren't breakfast eaters anyways. Good price, and not a bad location except for massive road construction all over the area....not hotel's doing of course. Free WiFi and cable are a nice touch, as are some rooms with patios or balconies.

Our stay was great. It was my birthday weekend and my husband contacted the property before we went to arrange some birthday goodies for me. When I got there the property manager had purchased flower,s chocolates, a card and balloons on behalf of my husband but also gave me a sweet little potted plant and a card signed by all the employees. We met the onsite maintenance man, the property manager, and the receptionist and they were all so sweet, kind and genuine. The room was extremely clean and our deck was nice and had a nice view of the country side. The only downside to me would be no elevator to the second floor. Property is set back from the road and very quiet.

Great rooms. Excellent service. Terrific area right near West Chester!! For the cost, you can't beat it. I actually was expecting worse but it was better than what I thought! Everything was clean and well maintained.

The property itself exemplifies basic roadside accommodation. Hallways and rooms shun any decorative touches, breakfast resides on a small table near the room which functions as a check-in desk. On the table, staff offer supermarket bagels sliced into quarters, a particularly cheap touch. Furnishings would not look amiss in your typical college dorm. Oddities include narrow check-in desk windows and instructions to just find a woman who lives at the hotel should you have needs outside this timeframe. Supposedly, the building previously housed dental and medical offices and does seem to carry the scent of these professions as well as the unusually high celings for a budget hotel. This also means the hotel doesn't present itself with the usual bright signs. While the site could not be described as hidden, it is also easy to drive past. In short, you could probably find a better deal along this corridor of 202.
