Our wedding reception went off without a hiccup largely due to the Owner, Lori and her wonderful staff. We had the inn for the entire weekend to accommodate our out-of-town guests, and of course us. Would do it all over again if weddings were a yearly thing. We stayed in Edith's room, if you can, get it! The extra flight...

For our anniversary, we opted to stay local (due to other commitments, we couldn't get away for longer). We stayed at Faunbrook. The house was absolutely beautiful and Lori, the owner was a sweetheart. The breakfasts were amazing.

Faunbrook was an excellent choice for a fun weekend with friends. The B&B was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the menus were outstanding, especially the pear and cream cheese French toast! The inn gives you the freedom to choose from beautiful rooms and warming fireplaces. Eight of my closest friends gathered for a fun weekend to enjoy West Cheshire....

The house was absolutely stunning, and the rooms were all beautiful. An excellent location as well, within walking distance of many great West Chester attractions. The food was incredible as well, and there were many sitting areas for socializing. Overall an incredible experience.

This is a wonderful place and the owners were very friendly. House has a lot of character and everything is wonderfully clean and well-organized. Fruit, wine and beer are available in the refrigerator throughout the day. Breakfast was a family-style - all the guests met downstairs and got a chance to introduce themselves and have a nice morning conversation while...

My daughter got engaged in May and she and her fiance wanted to get married the beginning of August because he was leaving for a teaching position in Utah. She only wanted 30-35 people, but there was still a lot of planning to do in a short period of time. I went on line and put in wedding venues at...

Lori is an excellent hostess. We spent 2 nights over our first anniversary on a trip to scout the area for a new job. The Faunbrook and canoeing the Brandywine kept the trip romantic as well as practical. We bought a nice bottle of wine in town and some excellent cheese and enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. The shared...

Booking a weekend on about a week's notice was a challenge - places within a short driving distance from Washington DC suburbs were either a little too far, a little too expensive, already booked or a combination of the two. I found this place by looking through a B&B database, where I selected on 'wine area' and 'horseback riding' (and...

We selected Faunbrook based on TripAdvisor reviews—reviews with which I now largely disagree. It’s a huge old mansion, original home to the Darlington Family that was known for horticultural and gardening excellence. They’d be disappointed. First I must say that the owner for the past five or six years is Lori, who is a delightfully enthusiastic young woman. She’s giving...

We stayed at Faunbrook when the film we were working on rented the whole house. The owner Lori is incredibly nice and helpful. The location was GORGEOUS, the food was amazing and I could not have wished for anything more! My husband and I are already coming up with excuses to go back. The 1860s mansion has all the period...
